** Alisa’s POV:**
He was demanding control freak… But I am not his property to be ruled and
work according to him… I walked to him as I was really angry, I want to slap
him in his face so he can remember how to talk to a girl but I can’t… I can’t….
because it’s him…
I took the file from his hand
and kept it in the drawer, I wanted him to tell that my matter is only mine…
none of his concern. I heard him chuckle, he pulled me on his lap out of the
blue… he whispered, “Little dove, your income is impressive….. you are elder
daughter of Scott and MY WIFE,,,, but still, you are trying to appear like
this……… what are you planning for.”
What is wrong with this guy?... I tried to get put but ended up getting more
close to him till his head was touching mine… our forehead meet, and my heart
was racing like it will stop any moment… what happens to me when I am with
him?... I felt his hand was gently rubbing my back,,,,, gosh this is giving me
shivers all over my body….
He asked, “Answer me… little dove.” This man is crazy….. he is really
crazy. His one hand formed grip on my neck, seems like he is demanding for an
answer.
I whispered as my breath was already stuck in
my throat due to his sinful touch, “I want a simple and comfortable life.” I
felt him smirk, he pushed his lips on mine and god! Why can’t I make him
stop?... why can’t I control my heart and burning cheeks?... my body is
desperate to react but my mind to create this wall between us. He let go and I
got up in panic as I was still struggling to breath.
He moved his thumb through his lower lip seductively and said, “Get
ready, we are going to meet some people…. And ohh… simple life is not for you, you
are made for much more bigger status… because you are mine.”
What does he mean? Is he taking me to meet people?, wasn’t he was the
one to tell me to keep this marriage a secret… then why?
I didn’t move as I was still confused should I ask or not…… he looked…
