Alisa’s POV:
I
was checking the file, I am so done with everything….. not work but these
cousins….. I mean they left back to their country but they said to me that I
should consider my decision about going with them.
I
know maybe they care for me. but… no… It feels like being a burden….
Edwin is also out of country for two days, maybe he will return in few
hours. Yes… he told me that too.
I got a text from Mike, “Sis… Mom is calling
you over for dinner….”
I sigh, I am distant from Mr. Dark, rest of them are were like me
unaware.. and Mrs. Sasha treats me nice even when I am her step daughter
I texted back, ‘Ok.. pick me up…’
Mike texted back, ‘Mr. Gray will pick you up…’
This boy!... he is with Edwin.
I texted, ‘Are you setting me up with him?’ he didn’t replied, he put me
on read.
I scoffed and said, “Unbelievable…”
few hours later,
Edwin was driving my car, he was sitting beside me and he said, “you are
not talking?”

I asked, “Why you went to N country…”
Edwin said casually, “Handle some matters…”
I asked hesitating, “Did you… you hurt anyone?”
He didn’t answer, But I got my answer. He… is not changing… never giving
up… never listens to me..

I just looked out of the window and tried to
make myself face to reality, it’s not a movie that he will change for me…. he

and now I can’t even say I don’t belong to family like that.. because of
Mr. Dark….. My father is his friend.
As the car stopped in front of a modern house, I got out of it without
wasting time… I hate him…. I hate him to core sometimes… but I love him, I can’t run…
