Chapter 14- Jealousy

-2 days later-

"That's all for today's lesson. You guys may leave now. Be sure to submit your homework though." The teacher gives everyone the permission to have their break as she looks at her wrist watch. Kami was present today, so Rae decided to get away fast in order to avoid him. All the other students start chattering and leaving the class as well.

She still couldn't forget the incident which happened in the garden, Kami didn't speak a word about it, he was still unaware of the person who breaked into the garden and his sleep. But Rae's sudden behaviour would annoy him. Not sudden though, she always ignored him but she is like hiding from him now.

"Wait, where are you off to?" Kami asked her, observing the way she was hurriedly putting all of her books in her bag pack. She always seemed in a hurry.

"Why do you care?" Rae hissed at him and he just sighs. He really needed to be friends with her to avoid unnecessary problems. Rae doesn't trust him a bit and he needs to make her do that, he is marrying her after all.

"Fine, don't tell me, I just wanted to make friends." Kami says back in a pouty way and looks away. He's acting all cute for what?

"Why do you even wanna be friends with me? You got alot of girls to make friends with." Rae asks him. Dang, is he taking revenge or something for that garden thingy?

"But you are different." He says as a matter of fact, Rae could see that common pick up line, but she decides to play along.

"What makes you think that?" Rae asks with a hint of curiosity. The whole class was almost empty by then.

Kami gets closer to her and she pushes herself back, standing up. He stands up as well. Now, no one is in the class.

"Answer me." Rae sticks to her point and he gets even more closer, Rae pushes herself more behind untill they reach the wall and Kami hits his right arm to it, doing a Kabedon. Rae looked a little small in front of him (she is tho) but right now he literally enveloped her.

Kami's face moved and he got closer to the left side of her face, to her ear and he whispers, his voice which was now deeper than usual as he speaks onto her ear.

"If you were similiar to all the other girls, we would've already started dating and instead me of explaining you we would be have been making out right now." He speaks in a hush. Rae felt herself burn up, all girls were head over heels over him but surely she wasn't. Maybe that is it? But again, her image of him being a perv didn't change. Even now every word he said seemed flirty. (Kami iS a flirt lmao)

But then Rae suddenly remembered her surroundings and her senses kick her brain, ordering to work. She can't let him get close to her.

She pushes him and turns him around, pulling a reverse Kabe-don and she grins, which declared that she was succesful in making Kami shocked. Ah, she learnt this trick from all that romance anime. Never thought it would actually work.

"Oh then, if I am that different, you should be prepared to see new shocking stuff about me from now on. Like you are shocked right now." Rae says ever so softly and Kami's cheeks show a brush of pink and red texture.

Just as he was about to say something, someone enters the classroom. Damn, if it's the teacher, then they are done for.

"Rae- oh here you are...." The person who enters the class sees the both of them in their current position. If not properly explained, they could be mistakened as a couple about to kiss.

That too Kami below her. Rae was making the first move?!

A flash of jealousy enters Sehun's mind as he stands there dumbfounded. What is going on? Since when is Rae so close to him?

"Oh..Sehun, hey." Rae lets go of him and greets him nervously. Gosh, did he just think that he third-wheeled?

"Aviva and me couldn't find you so I came here looking for you...seems like I disturbed- no no no you are misunderstanding us, Kami got hurt in his eye so I was simply helping him." Rae cuts him off before he could assume wrong things. Sehun forms an 'O' shaped mouth.

Kami rubs his eyes, totally unbothered about the whole thing. He takes his stuff away and leaves without uttering a word.

Sehun didn't like him. He didn't like the way Rae got close to him either. He convinced himself that Rae could do whatever she wants as she didn't hold the same feelings for him, but the jealousy would always stay there. He sighed to himself.

"Shall we go then hm?" Rae asks, pulling him out of his thoughts as he glanced at her. Short hair tied to a pony tail and chocolate brown eyes remarking her fair skin. She still looked so pretty.

"Yeah, okay." Sehun answers finally and the both of them make their way out, making the classroom empty.

~after a few hours~

Kami adjusted his tie once again as he looked at himself in the mirror. Black suited him and there are no lies in that.

He was getting ready- for what?

The stupid party is here. It was not his first time attending such a function but this one was important. It was dedicated for his first capture as a soon-to-be mafia boss. Some special guests would be attending it as well, and those special guests meant the Kims

He glances at his wrist watch. It's almost time to go.
