Yoongi carries Jimin through the forest.

Min Yoongi (commanding officer)

[grinning] "You’re heavier than I thought, Lieutenant Park."

Park Jimin (Second Lieutenant)

[pouting] "What do you mean by heavy?"

Min Yoongi (commanding officer)

[chuckling] "Just that. You’re no feather, that’s for sure."

Park Jimin (Second Lieutenant)

[indignant] "A soldier is supposed to have some weight! What do you expect? Slim and fragile like those city beauties?"

Min Yoongi (commanding officer)

[nodding thoughtfully] "Hmm… you do have a point."

[huffs] "And I bet you’re heavier than me, Captain Min! Let me down. I can walk."

Min Yoongi (commanding officer)

[sternly] "No. Stay still."

[struggling] "I said, put me dow—ah!"

Jimin struggled against Yoongi’s hold, wincing as his injured leg brushed against Yoongi's arm. Blood, once drying, began to flow again, staining his uniform. Yoongi’s sharp eyes caught the fresh red streaks, and he stopped abruptly.

[smirking] "Dummy knows who the dummy is."

[huffs] "Hmph."

They resume their journey, Yoongi carrying Jimin effortlessly. The forest grows quieter as they near the base, the chirping birds replaced by the distant hum of activity.

Yoongi looks up, startled, his hands frozen mid-motion.

Yoongi steps out, spotting a passing soldier.

Soldier: [saluting] "Sir!"

"Go to the forest and find Officer Kang. Tell him Lieutenant Park is under my care. Relay the message to Captain Kim, and make sure no one else hears about this. Understood?"

Someone

[nervously] "Yes, sir!"

Min Yoongi (commanding officer)

"Dismissed."

Yoongi watches the soldier leave, his sharp gaze softening as he glances back at his door. He exhales deeply before heading to the bathroom to clean up, his thoughts lingering on the sleeping Jimin.
