Chapter 6

The flowers are so bright, they remind me of her personality. She was bright person, she never cared about a thing. She lit the room where ever she was. It wasn’t a surprise she got married to a man with a similar personality. Her and her husband were buried side by side at a private site, only I know where it is. She was pregnant when she died, somehow the child survived. I will be adopting her soon. Her name is Da-eun. She is just as bright as her family. I promised sis that I would take care of her when I could. Now is not the right time but maybe a year from now.

With all issues now I couldn’t bare care for a child. It would be too much plus she could get hurt. “Hey sis, sorry I haven’t been able to take care of Da-eun. You know how father is with me.” I place the flowers down at her grave. “Brother-in-Law, Please take good care of sis in the after life.” I stand, this is the last time I will be here for a while. I will probably return years later with Da-eun, their daughter. I head home after that. I don’t think Da-eun will be safe with me right now.

Luckily me and Yui look so similar. All I have to do is change my hair and wear makeup. When I arrive at my car Ace stands there. “Didn’t know you had dead relatives.” “Don’t tell anyone about this, I won’t hesitate to pull the trigger.” “Sure I bet you will. Kill the leader and all chaos will imerg. With my status you won’t dare kill me.” I pull my gun out and put it to his side. “Try me.” “You won’t little girl.” My finger is on the trigger. I could easily kill him now, one less problem for me. “I may look little but I don’t fear you.”

Being fearless is everything when living in chicago. Just then a tall but short man walks up. His hair is a light blue and his face is filled with freckles. He seems to have came from Ace’s car. “Hey lady! Don’t do that!” “Why shouldn’t I? He’s being annoying as hell.” “Usually it’s the male character the one to pull the trigger but it seems this little lady is fierce.” Both idiots! They are idiots! “I mean what if there's someone writing down our every action and every thought! You wouldn’t want to written down as the fierce little lady who killed the guy who thought she was cute!”

I can’t help but laugh at his own stupidity. Who would be able to do such a thing! I mean seriously. I end up dropping my gun, accidentally setting it off. The bullet barely scraped my arm. Blood drips slowly from my arm. I could care less that I am bleeding. “Are you ok Yumi?!” Ace comes to me but I brush him off. “It doesn’t matter. Is this idiot your friend?” I flick the freckled guy’s forehead. “Hey! That hurt!” “Yes sadly. He’s my best friend.” “I’m Jay!” He seems so bright and happy. Not my type. “Hey yumi wanna come to my place?” Ace looks down on me.

I want to refuse but I have nothing better to do. “Sure why not?” I try to smile a little and pick my gun.Unloading it I put the bullets into my pocket and my gun back in its place. “Follow my car there.” His look on his face was so cold. What just happened? Just a second ago he was all happy about me coming over. Now his stone cold stare shakes me a little. This will not end well. I can tell. I follow his car to a big plantation with a huge house.

We pull in and park. He disappears before I could say anything. “Ignore him something just came up. He doesn’t want to deal with it while you’re here so you get to hang out with me!” I hate this already. “Bet you can’t beat me at mario kart!” “I bet I can!” I have felt this much energy in me in a while. “I hope your ready to lose.” “Sure! I won’t lose! Not to a girl!” We race inside to a gaming room, below ground level.” Jay starts the game up and we select our characters.

Princess peach was my choice. He of course chose mario. And so the race begins. At first I let him think he is winning but I knock out his character with a power up I gained and win. “You lost to a girl!” I can’t help but laugh. “Hmf.” was all that came from him. I smile as Ace walks in. “Having fun without me now?” I grin and nod. “I beat Jay at Mario Kart!” He smile, “Good job. Someone needed to beat him.”
