Dead Or Alive

Fuji was as tall as the children at a standing point which surprised everyone in the village. They thought he was just an ordinary puppy, and did not expect what Lirius told them to be true about Fuji being a Twilight wolf.

As Athena runs down to the village along with Fuji when the villagers noticed her.

“It’s Tina.”

“Lady Tina, how are you?”

TIme has passed by and Athena relationship with the villagers has became much better. Her implementation has been put into action.

As the kids happily runs towards them, they soon surrounded Fuji and started petting him and giving him some snacks.

All the run-down house before has finally been fixed, at the same time new buildings are being constructed. Athena inplace sanitation system in each house to prevent everyone from getting sick. At the same time, Athena biggest project since they have saved some money was to build the biggest and stunning church. It will be a refuge place for the villagers in case a war is to come.

Seeing Fuji was busy with the children, she went to check the back garden of each house. The crops that are growing in the back houses are the villagers own supplies to share with everyone.

Since my power has fully recovered and getting stronger, I was able to restore more lands. I continued to push myself in restoring the land in order to raise enough money not only to restore the village but to repay House Caelestis once they decide to collect tax.

Despite the seed are mine, I ensure to put 50 percent of the income away. 20 percent will be used to budget the cost for the projects I’ve plan, then a percent of the income will of course go to the villagers for working in the fields and the rest are mine.

Not only have I restore the land near the village but also the land around the manor. Lirius explained to me that all the land around the manor until the forest is owned by his master. So I restore some of the land for us to use.

“Tina you’re here…”

“Tina come have some fruits.”

Not only were the crop growing on the ground became out source of income but also the fruits from the trees. The farmland were surrounded by vast fruit tree and since they were finally alive, they started bearing fruits again which we sell in the nearby villages.

“Thank you.” Athena said after receiving a basket of fruits.

“Lady Tina!” A familiar voice yelled

Crap! I forgot to tell Gran that I was heading out to the village.

Gran was furious as he was trying to catch his breath and yelled at the girl. “Why did you live without telling me. Serfred will kill me if something happens to you...”

Athena smiled whilst listening to the man venting out his anger towards her.

Since the incident of my assasination, Serfred assigned Gran and Arthur to watch over me. Since Serfred needs to accompany the hunting team all the time. So Gran and Arthur would take turns in watching over me.

From a distance the girl notices the children running towards her. It was more like they were chasing Fuji who was running towards me. Fuji growled and started coldly at Athena.

“Fuji you’re here as well…” Athena said, noticing Fuji giving him the cold shoulder. “You were enjoying your time with the children I didn’t wish to bother you.”

Fuji continued to ignore Athena and sat on the ground.

“Lady Tina, how many times have I told you not to go by yourself.” Gran sighed noticing the girl was not interested in what he was saying.

Here we go again, he’s gonna started ranting about the time I almost died. But no one from the Empire actually returned to confirm whether I am dead or alive. They must have expected no one will be able to cure me since there aren’t any Healer or Alchemist in the North.

“Gran, here take this.” Athena handed the basket of fruits and vegetable the villagers have given her.

Gran carried the basket full of crops and wondered. “Where are you going?”

“Don’t worry, just here...”

Athena checked the other side of the farmland which was dry and rocky. Everyone looked at her anticipating what she’ll be doing. Athena paused for a moment and turn to face Gran.

“Gran, how much land do you think I’ll be able to restore this time?”

“I don;t know...”

Athena smiled. “Let’s find out then.”

Gran has never actually seen how Athena restores the land since he would always be with the hunting team. As he watched the girl reached out her hand in front of her and started chanting an incantation. Soon bright light appeared.

“Luminuex.”

Gran was amazed seeing the vast sparkling light floating in the area and surrounding the girl.

Even the villagers and children were mesmerized seeing the beautiful light display.

Soon Athena whole body was surrounded by her white aura. It was so strong that some of the children were having problems breathing.

Once aura is already strong enough to kill a person, which is why magic users hardly show there aura for it is disrespectful at the same frightening to those who do not possess any magic.

Athena aura is so strong, it even stronger than Arthur. If I’m not wrong she must be as strong as Serfred or even much more powerful than him.

In the end, Athena was only able to restore one farmland. Everyone cheer seeing how incredible she was.

Gran put the basket down as he quickly ran towards the girl side and caught her before she collapse."Are you alright?"

“I’m fine, the hunting team should be back soon. Let’s go check…”

As Gran help Athena to stand still, he noticed a portion of her hair was trying white. He wondered if he was seeing things, he dare not mentioned it and went to grab the basket.
