Episode 8

"Did you see her get into the Lacronte Vehicle?" Furious Arthur asked his assistant over the phone.

"Sir, the lady has left with Cesar Abdo." the Assistant was grateful to be away from Arthur Lacronte at that precise moment, she could feel his murderous aura taking hold of him even from the other side of the line.

"Repeat what you just said," Arthur murmured with a disturbing tone of voice, but the assistant refused to repeat her words, "If you don't speak in the next damn 5 seconds, I'll deduct your entire salary for this month."

"His wife left with Mr. Abdo, but I don't know where, I can't leave you alone and go after her."

"I'm going to deduct your entire salary for this month and the next one, find Susan immediately, it's an order and if you don't, forget about your job, you're not qualified to be my assistant." The call ended, the small assistant trembled at her boss's words, aware that Arthur Lacronte would follow through, and he needed absolutely nothing to accomplish it.

Immediately, the assistant moved heaven and earth to find Susan. Of course, being Arthur Lacronte's assistant had its advantages, and the woman let out a sigh as she located Susan.

Meanwhile, Arthur stepped out to the garden, a cigarette in hand. The moonlight was the only source of illumination, casting its glow on the patio where he stood. Covered with flowers known as Bleeding Hearts, the patio symbolized love and passionate romance, but some associated it with a broken heart. The soft fragrance of smoke from the cigarette wafted through the air as Arthur appeared lonely, until his cellphone rang.

"Where is she?" The man asked with utter coldness.

"Ultra Waldorf Disco," Arthur ended the call without waiting for another word from his assistant, and 3 minutes later, La Voiture Noire tore through the streets of London.

The Bugatti stopped in front of the Disco but took a secret shortcut to the parking lot. Then, the tall and imposing figure, wearing only a white shirt with his jacket off, stepped out. His bodyguard immediately took the car keys. Ultra Waldorf Disco, Arthur Lacronte's secret investment. The man walked towards the control room, where all the surveillance cameras were at his disposal.

Inside the disco, Susan was dancing with Cesar, while Daniela danced with another guy. Tequila shots were flowing freely "I need to take a break." Susan gasped.

"You do." Cesar placed his hands on her waist, but she pulled away and headed towards one of the pubs. The urge to vomit had struck, and she ran to the bathroom.

"Miss, the bathroom is not over there." Susan frowned, but didn't have time to argue with the man who crossed her path. She passed through two doors, with the second one leading to the restroom.

When the beautiful young woman emerged, she found herself in a dark room - Are you having a good time? - a slightly deeper voice could be heard. Susan, intoxicated, couldn't quite distinguish the voice. In fact, when she tried to locate the person speaking, she couldn't see anything - it was all dark, and she felt dizzy.

"Who are you?" the woman managed to articulate those words.

"Someone very special. Why don't you have a drink with me?" The man still remained out of Susan's field of vision, but a glass had bumped against her chest, "if you don't drink, I'll be angry with you."

"I don't care, I don't even know you. Besides, I'm married. Better let me go, my husband has a strange fetish about someone touching his wife." Susan pouted as she moved the drink away from her.

"And who is your husband?" The mysterious man smiled, but he still kept his back to her, his voice hoarse and forced.

"Do you really want to know?" Susan tried to turn around, but the man's hands held her in place with a strong grip.

"Don't move," Susan was on the verge of falling. "What would your husband say if he saw you in a nightclub with a man who isn't him?" Susan, in her unconsciousness, also thought about that.

She knows that Arturo doesn't have any feelings for her, but his macho ego cannot be shattered. The man is capable of killing her for betraying him.

"Oh, Arturo would turn you into dust." Susan smiled.

"So, Arturo."

"Yes, Arturo Lacronte." His grip on her arm moved to her waist.

"Take the drink and go, I feel really lonely tonight. Besides, I respect Arturo a lot, I wouldn't lay a finger on his wife." The drink was placed before her again, and Susan drank it, though her eyes were slightly open, she was already falling into drowsiness, and the alcohol helped a lot.

A few minutes later, heat began to take over her body as she was placed on the bed in that room. Her body was sweaty, and Susan started to emit some moans.

"What's happening, little Fairy?" The man seemed to mock her. "Do you want help? No longer thinking about your husband?" His hands began to move over her dress.

"Take it off." Susan's face was redder and she wanted to remove her dress.

The next day, Susan woke up with a strong headache. Slowly, she opened her eyes - Shit - with that curse, she lay back down on the bed. But when she focused on everything around her, she realized she was in a place that wasn't Villa Lacronte.

"Susan Fontaine," That voice sent shivers down her spine, the woman's heartbeat increased. When she sat up again with the sunlight peeking through the curtains, she could see Arturo Lacronte's face — charming, yet diabolical. There were only two words to describe him at that precise moment: Arturo was furious and enraged.
