At that moment, Robert seemed calm, despite knowing his life was hanging by a thread. He wasn't prepared to die, but seeing his employees crying, desperate, he could only think about everything he had done and lived.

They say that life is the most valuable and important gift we have, but in truth, when we are facing death, we learn that we could have changed our choices, our moments. He thought of Grace and took the note from his pocket, which read:

"Handsome, thank you for giving me the best night I've had in years. Even without knowing me, you showed me that there are still people who motivate and cheer us up.

He felt the plane descending at high speed and braced himself for impact. Clutching that handwritten note, he said out loud:

"How I wish I could keep living to see you again, Grace."

The plane crashed, and everyone on board was injured.

Robert couldn't move, his legs felt heavy, pinned under part of the plane.

Within hours, rescuers arrived, pulling out the dead. One of the paramedics, upon finding Robert's pulse, shouted:

"He still has a pulse!"

His grandfather was desperate, waiting for news of his grandson. When the doctor arrived and informed him that Robert had slipped into a coma, that only time would tell if he would survive.

"He's showing no signs of consciousness, due to the head trauma and brain injury caused by the impact of the plane crash."

Meanwhile, at the mansion of Grace's family, her parents were immensely sad. The news of the photo of Grace's fiance with her best friend had caused great commotion, and Leonardo, furious with his ex-fiancee, decided to strike at her entire family, driving her father into bankruptcy in a matter of hours.

"Dad, I'm so sorry, Leonardo went too far, I promise I'll find a way, I won't let you and Mom lose the company."

"Honey, Leonardo is furious with you, he didn't expect you to take that photo to the press, but right now I'm not worried about the company itself. What he did was just try to get back at you, but I ask you, do you feel better about this? Are you happy, honey?" Gregory asked, looking at his daughter.

"No, Dad, I'm not happy, I'm worried about you and Mom, I didn't want you to lose the company."

Grace's mother sat beside her and said:

"Your father and I are worried about the employees who depend on their jobs to support their families, but right now we just need to know how you feel, honey. I know Zara was your best friend and you loved Leonardo, it couldn't have been easy to find out they betrayed you."

"Mom, I'll be fine, but now we need to find a solution to save the company," Grace said, very sad and distressed.

Grace received a call from her friend, who worked in the stock market. He had heard the news about her family's company and advised her that there was only one option left: to ask for help from the richest man in the country, even if it meant losing most of the company's shares, so they wouldn't have to shut it down, lay off the employees, and declare bankruptcy.

Grace thanked her friend, hung up the call, and received a message with the company name and the owner's name.

"Robert Graham, I will do everything to get to you and get you to accept an offer," she said to herself.

"Who is Robert Graham?" Paola asked.

"He's the owner of Tec-Ham, the richest and most powerful man in the stock market. They say he owns almost every company in Paris, or at least he owns most of the shares," Gregory said, looking at his wife.

"On Monday, we'll go to his company and get him to accept a fair offer, that way we won't lose our family business."

"You take after your father, daughter, always handling everything. I'm sure you'll be ready to become CEO of the company soon. I just hope we don't lose it," Paola said, distraught.

Grace went upstairs and didn't want to have dinner that night. She lay down on her bed and thought about everything that had happened since the day before. As she thought about the man she had spent the night with, she ended up falling asleep.
