"You should have told him how you feel, you know very well that Barbara left him bitter and unable to love anyone, but Robert has always been attracted to you, otherwise, he would have told you right away about Grace being his wife"he said, looking at Camile.
"What do you want Rodrigo? Are you by any chance intriguing with your sister-in-law?"she asked.
Grace was surprised by Camile's answer and continued listening to what they were saying.
"My sister-in-law planned everything, she slept with Robert before the accident, just to get pregnant by him and take advantage of him, but Robert doesn't see that, she's very convincing."
"You know what I think? That you're in love with your sister-in-law because you're always bothering her, I don't think she's faking anything, I saw the way she looks at Robert, I know that look of someone who truly loves."
Grace came out of hiding, returning to the living room, relieved, after seeing that Camile was a different person than she thought.
"The woman you say truly loves your best friend is Leonardo's ex, don't you think it's strange that after breaking up with my cousin, she marries my brother?"Rodrigo asked.
"It could just be a coincidence"she said.
"So if you prefer to believe her, you're as blind as Robert, you two should be together, I know my brother always wanted her, but you always avoided him romantically"he said, making Camile doubt Robert.
She returned to the living room and Grace was already going up the stairs, Robert was drinking wine with his grandfather and watched Grace go up.
Camile noticed that he was looking at his wife, sat down in front of him and said:
"Remember when you fell down the stairs once and I came every day pretending to be taking care of your bandages?"
"You always knew you would be a doctor, you were the best doctor I ever had"he said laughing.
Martin gets up and after saying goodbye to them, goes upstairs.
Camile and Robert chat for a few hours, remembering happy moments, while Grace, who was in bed, kept looking at the door, believing that her husband would walk through it at any moment.

Camile then asks Robert why they never dated, he looks at her and says he believes they both always valued each other's friendship, maybe that's why neither of them took a step towards what they felt.
She approaches him and kisses him, at that moment Grace who had left the room sees the scene and goes back to her room very sad.
The two didn't see Grace, but Robert didn't return the kiss.
"Camile, don't do that again, I'm married to Grace and I won't cheat on her, I don't tolerate cheating and I will never do that to my wife"he said, annoyed with Camile.
"I'm sorry Robert, I acted impulsively, please forgive me."
"Just don't try anything with me, I'm in a wheelchair and you took me by surprise, but I believe it was clear that I won't reciprocate any kind of feeling you have"he said, leaving the room and going to the mansion's elevator to go upstairs.
When Robert finally reaches the bedroom door to sleep, he touches the doorknob and then decides not to open it, he enters the room next door and after a struggle to get out of the wheelchair, sits on the bed, takes off his shirt and lies down, thinking about Grace and the moment the two of them found out about their baby. He was a man who had great difficulty getting close to people he really liked and knew he could love, it was the only way he dealt with everything, whenever he found himself in love, or attracted in a way that not even he could understand, he would walk away, with Grace he couldn't simply do that, she was expecting his baby and despite sleeping in another room, his thoughts only returned to her, it was like an addiction he couldn't even sleep through, it left him conflicted with himself, the fear of being rejected if he couldn't satisfy her in bed because of his current situation, pushed him further and further away from her.
His last relationship devastated him in such a way that it made him promise himself that he would never let another woman have his heart, despite being a strong, powerful man, when it came to love he was weak and avoiding that feeling was the way he found to protect himself from suffering again.
Grace then cries silently in the room where she spent months by his side when he was in a coma, she thought he would be with Camile, spending the night with her, instead of being by her side, until she falls asleep.
The next day, Grace wakes up, takes a shower and goes down for breakfast, everyone was already at the table, including her husband.
She looks at him and notices that his face was that of a man who hasn't slept all night, so she imagines that Camile must have spent the night with him and in her thoughts comes the two of them together in a bed, at that moment she gags and runs to the bathroom.
Camile goes to her and asks if she's okay, Grace doesn't even look at her and asks her to get away from her.
Upon returning for breakfast, Robert looks at her and asks if she's feeling okay.
"I feel great, slept very well, thanks for asking by the way dear husband, I can't say the same for you who looks like you haven't slept last night, isn't that right," handsome?"she asked ironically, being quite sarcastic."
Little did Grace know that her husband didn't sleep, thinking only of her, who was in the next room, how could she imagine that he didn't sleep next to Camile instead of her.
