Episode 19

Ajeng must not cry, the sadness she felt had to be kept tightly.

Here she was not thinking about herself, but Ajeng was working for someone else. Always showing a cheerful face was something she had to do.

No matter how choked up she felt, Ajeng wiped away all those tears. Then she went back into the apartment and closed the door.

Seeing Sean and his mother embracing in the living room.

Ajeng hesitated to enter, she stepped back and waited in the living room.

Being there quietly didn't make any movements, didn't create any sounds. In this apartment, only the sound of longing between Sean and Mama Mona could be heard.

Ajeng smiled, even though tears fell once again.

Oh God, Jeng, don't be so emotional! she said to herself, scolding herself.

"Don't be deceived by everyone's kindness, in reality you are just a maid. It's understandable if Grandma Putri is angry and immediately thinks you don't exist."

Ajeng continued to stay there.

At night in the main house of the Aditama family, the house felt so empty without Sean's presence.

Before dinner time, the house phone rang, there was an incoming call from Reza.

Before Reza had contacted Grandma, Rilly, and also Ryan, but none of them answered his call, which led Raisa to finally decide to call the house.

A servant answered.

"Good evening_"

"Where is Grandma?" asked Reza, even before the servant could finish his sentence. But the servant was already so familiar with the voice of the master.

"Grandma Putri is at the dining table, Sir."

"Please call her."

"Alright."

The servant hurriedly went to the dining table.

"Sorry Grandma Putri, there's a call from Mr. Reza."

Bang! everyone's hearts skipped a beat. they all even looked at each other as if they were all confused about how to handle the situation.

"Son, you answer it" Grandma Putri said, speaking to her husband.

"No, Grandma, grandpa will never be able to lie. He will immediately say that Sean is currently with his mother. It's better if Grandma answers." Rilly spoke up.

"So, do I have to lie?" Grandma Putri responded, truly confused.

"Let me answer it," Ryan cut in.

Rilly immediately slapped his forehead, if Ryan spoke, it was the same as Grandpa Agung, the two men would never be able to lie.

And true enough, Ryan told his brother that Sean was currently with Monalisa.

Reza's blood boiled instantly, he even clenched his fists very tightly.

"How dare that woman take Sean!" Reza yelled. There were no thoughts about business in the man's head, that very night he decided to return to Jakarta.

Reza drove for 5 hours to get back to Jakarta, regardless of the time he immediately went to Mona's apartment.

Pressing the bell repeatedly, without a pause for silence.

Mona even woke up, seeing the clock showing 1 in the morning.

"Oh my, who is it?"

"Mom," mumbled Sean, whose sleep was disturbed.

"Shh, shh, shh, go back to sleep, dear," Mona said softly.

And outside, it was Ajeng who opened the door.

"Papa Reza," Ajeng said fearfully as it began to seep into her.

Reza looked sternly. He then pushed the door so that Ajeng was pushed aside and he entered.

Meeting Mona in the living room.

"Where is Sean!"

"Lower your voice Rez, Sean is sleeping."

"I don't care! I'm taking Sean home!"

Mona immediately knelt before Reza, she cried and hugged the feet of her ex-husband. Somehow trying to calm Reza's anger.

"I beg you Rez, please don't do this, give me a chance to be with Sean."

"Damn it! Move aside!!"

"Dad!!" Sean screamed as well, running to hug his mother tightly, and Mona returned the hug just as tightly.

A sight that left Reza speechless, because there was their child.

"Bad dad!!" Sean yelled.

Reza took a step back, his heart aching at the words. Without saying much, he decided to leave. Forcing Sean to go back would only hurt the boy even more.
