The Little kitty

" Their eyes  were , seemingly struck on the enchantment of the greeny scenery of the forest . Which was always in front of their eyes… ..from ever… .. But far from the reach…..

          Their Gazes were different… . One was watching … the out of her childish wisdom ….. and  the other one , due to the inner feeling of Attachment… . which has no particular meaning.. … in the outer world….. but it's still feels… .. " 

Spending  a while , there ,  gazing , they did not realize that  it's almost getting dark. 

" And that they have to return now."

" Let's  go , it's almost dusk now ,''  Sel said.. 

As it was almost about to dark… .. And the sun was going down slowly ...... and  the dim stars was seeming to appear above, in the Sky…..which is dim light blue… .. 

" Hey , Let's stay a little more , please  " Millie said. 

" No,  it's about to dark… . We should go now  , " Sel , being reluctant on her say. 

" Mom would be waiting for me , and I promised her too , so we should go now .  

And you have to reach home too,  aunty will be waiting for you right…..  let's go, ``'' she said. 

" Okayyy " ,Millie said ,disappointingly ,with a slight face. 

They  both took the bicycles , and took them to turn it down the bridge. They turned down ,  to head towards the town road , but She , Sel , turned herself , to the river side , out of her deep desires , to have a look at the mysterious valley…...🍃

" To look into its never ending deepness  , the deepness of mystery and secrets… .."

The two reached the shore , from where ,  they can look at the bridge and the slight view of the dazey dark forest. They look at it… .. And then to each other… ..  And then turned around to move to their home… .. 

The city walk , mostly takes less time to reach Millie's home.  They reached the end of the road , near the street , by the edge of that food corner. 

" Let's meet tomorrow Sel, "  Millie said by turning down towards the lane of her home. 

" And Let's not forget that our school is about to start …….  But before that, I want to remind that you will come to my home for the weekends,  right… ...we will spend the night at my place , and Most importantly, we are going to the origami paper festival..."

" Yaa,  I know ….. Our school is going to start soon. …."  , Sel said.  

" But I am not sure about the ' paper origami festival ' …..You go home… . okay… .. Go and rest now , Bye ."

" Yaa , you go and rest too…. . Bye, "   Millie said , by turning towards her home. 

Sel also turned ahead of the road ,  to the home and keep reminding of that  she was saved from going to that dark forest , luckily. 

 "  She never really imagined in her wildest dreams,  of going to that forest and deep down in it ever….."

               Moreover, whether  it's about mom's words or  ghost stories of towners , she never could imagine,  that she would ever put a step in there, with her own will… .. No matter how much of her curiosity advise her to go…… " 

She keep pedaling the bicycle… .. and keep looking at the small curvatures of the house along her way home… .. 

She finally reached home… ..puts her bicycle behind the garden and ties up… ..

She opens the door and says, " I am home , mom " and closes the door off and puts her shoes aside. 

Glances the whole home,  at first sight and finds everything at its mere place … ..

" Hey, mom, I am there,''  she says.

 " Where are you ? " 

A sound comes from the kitchen , like something fell off. "  Hey , there, mom, I am home. "Are you there ,in the kitchen?  " 

She suddenly goes inside the kitchen, despite hearing the sound of falling things….. Inside… .. It's the Cat… .. Inside the kitchen… .

She goes in….  and found out that it's a cat …...that is being,  making trouble in there…. 

" You… . How did she get inside the house… .. Oh no…. Mom would be angry if she finds about her  making trouble in here…. like this… .. " , Sel said. 

" I have to hurry  , before mom finds this out… .." 

" Though you are a cute little kitty,  but it's not good to end up here, like this and making trouble… .. Do you understand what I am saying to you?  " 

She started putting things up, before it gets seen by anyone . 

" Sel, I am here,  where are you ? "

A sound came up from behind, suddenly. 

" Its  mom, you hurry up, hide somewhere , hurry.. `` Sel quickly put up the kitty and put her behind the table. 

" Yes , yes… ..mom,  I am here….. " , she said.  She put everything up , hurriedly and stood up as if nothing had happened there. 

" Sel , when did you come,  and what were you doing here ? " , she said. 

" Ah… .mom,  I just came now and nothing happened here. ".

" Hum…nothing happened… ..what… .."

" Ahh…. Nothing… .i mean that I was just looking for you… " , she said by covering herself and the kitty up. 

" Ohh… . That's fine….. I was just upstairs… cleaning the room as dad is going to come soon… .so….. " 

" You come and help mom,  later, okay….. Your dad is coming soon . " 

"Yaa ,sure mom, I will . " 

" Okay… ."  She is about to leave and Sel is just waiting for her to leave…. so that the kitty can come out... ..

               or else she will never be able to come there again and have something for her… .. 

" And Sel  , I wanted to tell you something too, " her mom said. 

" ahh…. Yes mom,  what is it… ." , she asked .

" Ahh… .its just that you go to the riverside less… . People are talking much more about that place nowadays and I think it's not safe so …. You stay near the home, more… ..okay… .." 

" what are the people saying,'' she asked. "

 " Is it something weird again? " 

" huh… . .You know that boy that works here, in your aunt's dairy, they are saying that he was just passing by the river …. this morning….  And suddenly started hearing strange sounds coming there… ..from the forest… " 

" moreover, they are saying that he's kinda sick after that…  so it's better to go there less often… Understand ." 

" What kind of sounds really ? " 

" I don't know… .but you know that these kinds of stories are inevitable ….. about that forest …. But I know how troublemakers you and Millie can be , so don't go there… ." she said. 

" Huh… .yep,  mom, I would not . " 

" It's getting dark,  go change and freshen up soon, and come up for dinner . " 

" Ahh… yaa,  sure. " 

As soon as it is done, she picked up the kitty and took her to her room . She drew her inside the room …. Where there was a small cabin cum house , for the little kitty… .being made by her and her mom. 

" Little kitty , you just stay here, and don't make trouble now, okay ." 

" Just sit here , and don't get  out from here, when I will get down for dinner,  I will get something to eat up for you later…..okay...." 

*Meow ~

She started to get changed and went out to the washroom.  She put up her clothes and place them aside. She loses herself into the open hair and bare skin… .. And merely wanted to get deep down in the serenity of the breeze and serenity of the coldness…....

Got waved up, by the cold, soothing water, her face felt an utter calmness… ..that a burden of thousands of years old has been ripped off… ..from her skin… .from her soul … ...

          and turning herself up into a being….. 🌷
