Royal Hunting Competition

It was the time of Royal Hunting Competition, the time for Princess Ellen to shine for, every year she won this Competition by getting more prey than others but this year, Princess Ellen decided not to participate therefore she went to Inform the Queen, her mother. As Ellen came to the Queen's Chamber she saw the king, her father but not her mother so she asked the king where she could find the Queen. The king then told Ellen that the Queen was busy preparing for the Royal Hunting Competition.

The Princess had always been closer to her father the king for, the Queen, her mother was quite strict and always treated Ellen as the Crown Princess. Princess Ellen therefore told of her plans not to participate the annual Royal Hunting Competition, hearing this the king was shocked and asked her if anything had happened to her. Ellen had always been a strong girl before her mother, the Queen yet, infront of her father, she was just a little girl. She burst out crying telling him of her problems with Avery. The king consoled her saying a boy shouldn't become her weakness rather should be her strength and if he isn't he shouldn't be kept by her side.

The king knew just how to console and convince his little Princess and in no time he had talked her into eating a big meal and starting her training for the upcoming Royal Hunting Competition. As Ellen had regained her vigor she trained rigorously till the day of the Competition. The king found ways to search for Avery and came to know who exactly he was, he was the son of a noble woman and therefore he planned to see Avery for which he made Avery and several other sons of noble women to serve the Princesses and Princes in the Royal Hunting Competition, giving them an opportunity to see the Competition as well as getting to know the Royal family.

When the invitation for the Royal Hunting Competition came to Avery he was quite excited to see the Crown Princess and couldn't wait to go to the Palace. The day of the Royal Hunting Competition finally arrived, it was the tradition of the royal family to cover their face with a mask whenever they go out of the Palace or to meet the citizens so all the Princesses, Princes, the Crown Princess, the king and the Queen all wore masks, they could only be differentiated by their royal dress. It so happened that Avery was made to serve the Crown Princess and Avery couldn't help looking at the Crown Princess and admiring her majestic beauty.

The Queen announced for the Royal Hunting Competition to begin, as the Competition began Princess Ellen was so into it she didn't realize Avery was serving her until she heard a familiar voice near her which caused her to lose a wild deer, a big loss for her. Yet she made it up by hunting for a female white fox . Princess Ellen had twenty five animals and birds in all, which were all rare making her the winner for sure seeing this, the other Princesses (wives of the princes) were jealous of her therefore planned to kill her and set a trap for her, on her way. Ellen fell right into the trap, Avery was shocked and as he looked around for help he saw the third Princess and the seventh Princess so he was sure it was their plan therefore he didn't bother to ask for their help but he jumped right into the trap.

Avery forgot just one thing... before he jumped, 'the Crown Princess' and he fell down right on top of her..
