Candlelit Dinner

As Princess Ellen entered the restaurant she booked a room yet it was late so the rooms were all booked except for a dark corner room and there were no other restaurants around so they decided to eat in the dark room. As they entered the room it was pitch dark which made Avery stumble and would have been hurt if not, for the Crown Princess who caught him by the waist before he fell. Then Princess Ellen ordered for the room to lighted up with candle and as they sat at the table it was such a romantic atmosphere. The room was dark all around and candles were lighted between them which made them focus on each other. Leaving out all concerns for the outside world all alone in a cosy room with the one you love the most, what more could they ask for.

They took thier sweet time chatting endlessly only to realize it was midnight so Princess Ellen had to send Avery home for it wasn't safe for a boy at night and they both took pleasure in it. Princess Ellen took Avery home and greeted his mother who heartily greeted her back and was happily grinning at her thanking her countless times for sending her son home. As Avery was brought back home his mother now was in a good mood and need no longer worry about him for she could tell the Crown Princess was into him and all she needed to do was to set them up and bring them closer.

Originally, she was worried that Avery's admiration for the Crown Princess might be a hindrance for his marriage but who could have thought there's a possibility of Avery becoming a concubin. A consort was the best choice yet to be a consort one needed to be from a good family background and they were a noble family yet not so notable so they dare not dream of being a consort and the fact that it was none other the Crown Princess herself. So Avery's mother began to try every means to put Avery in the good side of the Crown Princess in the coming days and even to the extent of letting Avery becoming her 'assistant' in the 'flood rescue'. Avery was happy about all this yet he felt that it might annoy the Crown Princess while, Princess Ellen thought Avery might had been forced to do so by his mother and felt guilty that he may not be doing it out of his own will.

When the flood rescue was finally over, Ellen decided not to go back for a week and asked Avery to be her guide saying she wanted to tour around. But she suddenly approached Avery and said, "that is if you're willing to do so". Avery blushed as he shouted, "I'm willing, I'm willing to do so". It was so sudden that it shocked them both. This made Ellen reassured that he was indeed willing to be her tour guide but she had to make sure his mother would let him go so she told him to ask his mother's permission which he was sure to get judging from her reaction towards the Crown Princess. The day was still early yet both were excited and expectant of the coming days so Princess Ellen offered to send Avery home early so they could both prepare for their journey. As they neared Avery's house they walked slower and slower not wanting to part, Avery's father who had been watching them was amused but didn't want to disturb them so he walked away.

Slow as they were they eventually reached Avery's home so they had to part. [As Princess Ellen walked away from Avery's house she was already expecting so much for tomorrow but, 'was she thinking too much alone?'. What if Avery was never interested in her, all along it was all her mind then what would become of her..?? she was rejected once, twice was not impossible]. She suddenly was saddened by her thought when, she met an elderly man who looked so familiar yet she couldn't place where she saw him and as she was wondering the man asked her "Princess, I saw you with a man. You two are a match made in heaven", he said. Princess Ellen replied, "I don't know if we're a perfect match or even if he's genuinely interested in me or being courteous because I'm the Crown Princess". The elderly man then said "Trust me you're a perfect match and if you want to know if he likes you ask frankly but I tell you what matters is 'You' do you like him? And whether he's worth it or not depends on you."
