The missing Crown Princess

As Avery fell right on top of the Crown Princess, he could see her beauty from near which made him go numb and dazed, Princess Ellen jumped up holding Avery and stood on the ground. They looked up and saw that the way they came in, had already been blocked leaving them no other way but to wander deeper into the cave. As they went deeper into the cave it became darker and darker until they came to a certain point where they could see a beam of light coming from a far distance as they walked towards the beam of light, they came to an opening which seemed to be a path leading to a cave. However, as they observed the surroundings they realized it had no way out except, a steep mountain which could lead them out of it.

But they had wasted so much hours inside the cave so it was getting dark, leaving them no choice but to spend the night inside the cave. Princess Ellen then, went in search of some fruits and Avery made fire with some leaves and sticks he found nearby. As Princess Ellen came back with some fruits they ate and prepared some dried leaves as their bed for the night. As they laid down to rest, Princess Ellen asked if Avery admired any women and wished to marry. Avery's answer was he dare not as men had no choice in deciding their wife and whether he admired someone or not had nothing to do with marriage. Ellen was rather surprised because Avery had rejected her once but he didn't know that it was her because the whole time she had her mask on covering her whole face.

So she asked him again if he had someone he like so at last he replied, he had someone who he like but she was someone beyond his league for she was like " the dazzling Sun and he was just a Meteor flashed in her life. Though their paths crossed, they're untouchable and he knew she was beyond his reach". Though I know I won't be able to reach her I still can't stop admiring her whenever I see her and seem to lose my posture the moment I see her. As Ellen heard this she became even more curious to know who she was, therefore she asked him but he blushed instead of answering her.

So she didn't ask anymore after some time she said "I understand the feeling of liking someone who doesn't like you back, the pathetic feeling of not being able to control yourself in front of them". Only when you had experienced it will you be able to understand it...Don't you think I'm being ridiculous having a one-sided love that is all inside my head though I know it's not gonna happen yet still I can't bear to let go and which hurts even more. On the day I was rejected I knew I should give up my hopeless dreams but I can't bring myself to forget him and as I lie to myself that I don't like him anymore I know deep down that I still like him very much and can't forget him regardless of his feelings for me.It however is so hard for me to forget and the harder I try to do so the more I fall and this feels pathetic. I wish he would also feel the same way as me but I also wish that he could be happy even though I may not be the reason of his happiness. Do you also feel the same way as me? Avery? Avery replied, "I do feel the same way and wish that she likes me back yet I know that's an impossible dream so all I wish is for her happiness."

They felt asleep after some time

and Avery slept soundly for he had what he dreamed of was right beside him...
