"What the hell? You look like a total creep right now, Yana!" Nicole yelled.
"What?!" raised my left eye brow as I asked in a higher tone.
"I said you look like a creep. You've been like that since we left the movie theatre! You keep on brushing your lips with your freaking fingertips!" she said annoyingly.
I gave her a stare then rolled my eyes.
I don't know what's wrong with me. Ever since I saw that guy earlier it made me feel weird, like having my gut feeling say as if I knew him. Not that I really care though but somehow its weird.
"..na", "Yana", "Yana!", "For fucks sake, Yana!" a sharp scream filled my ears.
"The hell you've been spacing out for!" she scowled. "Sorry" I replied timidly.
"Seriously? The mood's freakin' ruined now. Ugh! I'll go home" frowned then she left.
Wow.
Just wow!
What the hell? Goodness that woman.
She's very annoying! I should've really known. I should've listened to that bartender. Tsk!
There's no room for regrets now is there? "Let's grab a bite then" I calmly said.
Bought a double cheese burger, a set of one xtra long chicken sandwich and caffe latte as I decided to eat on the park.
"Where did I go wrong? What did I do to deserve this bitter-salty relationships? Ugh" munching my food as I stare up the sky.
"There's nothing wrong with you. Maybe you're not just lucky in love unlike what your face claims" a man said, "May I sit here as well? he continued.
I took another bite from my sandwich then decided to look at the person who talked to me. Amazed as it was the guy I laughed at in the theatre, "sure" I said.
"Thanks! Then I'll have a sit now" he smiled.
We continued eating our self-bought foods and didn't even bother one another.
With this scene I suddenly remembered my childhood days.
I didn't even realize I sat in the same spot we used to sit before - me and that stupid neighbor of ours.
Shaking my head as I giggled, the guy beside me asked "Hey, you alright? You've been laughing for a while now."
This actually made me notice that I wasn't alone and remembered I have someone sitting in the same bench.
"Oh. I just remembered something funny. My bad" I cheekily said, and he shook his head in response.
As I finish eating, I decided to go home for now and perhaps will be visiting the bar later tonight.
"I'm leaving already. You may occupy the entire bench now. Bye!" I winked as I turned my back and leave.
Though I heard him say "Bye! I'll see you when I see you then" I didn't look back, instead I waved my hand in courtesy.
"She sure is familiar.. and somehow, she makes me feel a somewhat familiar warmth " chuckling, Gale mumbled.
"I better get going too. Now off to my apartment, rest up, and will do at least some bar hopping or even visiting a single bar, later tonight" he said with a grin on his face.
