Royal Palace, Seoul – Official Meeting Hall... The grand meeting hall was filled with high ranking officials.... their attention focused on the two princes seated at the head of the table..... Crown Prince Kim Taehyung sat with his usual composed demeanor....his dark eyes unreadable. Dressed in a perfectly tailored suit....he exuded quiet power. Beside him... his most trusted man... Kim Namjoon, observed the room.... always ready to step in if needed......

Across from prince Taehyung sat his half brother.... Prince Kim Ivan...Ivan leaned forward slightly...his tone polite yet pointed....

"Your Highness....your idea to expand diplomatic ties with the West is ambitious.... but is it truly necessary? Korea has followed a careful approach for years....Changing this suddenly could bring unnecessary risks."

A few officials nodded.... considering his words.....Ivan wasn’t openly defying Taehyung.... but his questions were meant to plant doubt.....

Taehyung remained still.... his expression unreadable....but inside, a slow fire burned..... He was used to Ivan’s tactics....his stepbrother never attacked directly... always hiding behind polite words and false concern.... Taehyung clenched his jaw subtly...keeping his fury locked away beneath his calm exterior.....

He tapped his fingers lightly on the table before replying in a smooth...controlled voice....

"Prince Ivan....I understand your concerns..... But keeping the same system simply because it worked in the past is not leadership...it is stagnation.... The world is changing....and if we refuse to change with it...we will fall behind..."

The room fell silent.....Taehyung’s words were sharp and precise... cutting through any hesitation....

Ivan, not backing down.... continued, "I see your point... but expanding too fast might weaken our internal affairs.....If we focus too much on foreign relations....we could lose control at home..... Shouldn't we strengthen our foundations first?...."

Taehyung’s grip on his pen tightened under the table.....Inside, his anger flared..... Yet, on the outside....he remained perfectly composed....his expression as cold as ever.....

Namjoon.... noticing the tension in Taehyung’s posture.... smirked slightly..... Ivan was playing a dangerous game.... but Taehyung was always three steps ahead.....

The crown prince leaned back slightly, his voice unwavering...."Strengthening our country and expanding our alliances are not opposites....they go hand in hand. ....A nation that isolates itself in the name of ‘stability’ is actually making itself weaker..... True strength comes from adaptability..... We don’t protect our future by standing still....we protect it by moving forward."

A Heavy silence filled the hall.... Even those who had initially considered Ivan’s words now looked uncertain.....Taehyung’s logic was undeniable..... Namjoon glanced at his prince.... his eyes glinting with approval..... Perfectly handled....

Prince Ivan, though keeping a neutral expression... knew he had lost this round.... He forced a small nod and a polite smile...."Your Highness makes a strong point....I only want what’s best for our country...."

Taehyung, his voice steady but cold, replied, "As do I.....That is why my decisions are based on progress....not fear."

With that, the discussion moved on....Once again, Taehyung had proven his authority....not through anger....but through intelligence.....
