Episode 06
The heavy doors of the private gym slammed shut behind Crown Prince Kim Taehyung as he stepped inside...his jaw clenched....His calm mask had been perfect throughout the meeting... but inside, his anger had been simmering.... barely restrained..... Prince Ivan’s constant challenges... his subtle attempts to undermine him...it was nothing new...yet today, it had pushed Taehyung to his limit.....
Without a word..... Taehyung shrugged off his jacket.... tossed it onto a nearby bench...and rolled up the sleeves of his dress shirt.....His normally composed eyes were dark with r fury as he walked over to the punching bag.....
Taking a deep breath....he threw the first punch....hard.....The impact sent a deep thud echoing through the gym..... Another punch.... Then another.... He didn’t stop....his muscles flexing with each powerful hit....His breathing grew heavier....but he welcomed the burn in his arms... the sting in his knuckles....It was the only way to release the rage without losing control.....
Taehyung’s mind replayed the meeting.....Ivan’s smug expression..... His subtle attempts to provoke him..... The way some officials had hesitated, even for a second, as if Ivan’s words had merit.....
Fools.
His jaw tightened as he landed a brutal kick against the bag... sending it swinging violently..... He hated incompetence.....Most of all, he hated being questioned as if he were not the rightful ruler in waiting......
His breathing was harsh now.... sweat trickling down his temple.... but he didn’t stop..... His anger needed to burn out completely,....or it would consume him......

A voice interrupted his thoughts..."You are going to break the bag if you keep going like that...your highness....."
Taehyung paused....his chest rising and falling as he turned to see Kim Namjoon standing at the entrance...arms crossed.....His right hand man had followed him here...of course with his permission....unsurprised to find him unleashing his fury this way.....

Taehyung exhaled sharply.... brushing his damp hair back....
"Better the bag than Ivan’s face."

"True. But you handled him well.... He tried to shake your authority....and you shut him down without even raising your voice..... That’s power."

Taehyung grabbed a towel... wiping the sweat off his face... "He’s persistent. Too persistent."

Namjoon nodded...
"Because he knows he’ll never be you.... No matter how many times he challenges you....the truth remains the same...you are the rightful heir..... And he hates it...."
Taehyung tossed the towel aside and exhaled slowly....his anger cooling.....

"which l never wanted to be"....* his mind trailed off to something....which he never wanted to remember.....*
he grabbed his water bottle and took a slow sip.... The storm inside him tool another turn....but he composed himself....today losing that much control was enough....he don't want to felt vlunerable now...
