Zhia returned home with swollen eyes from crying incessantly. Upon arriving, she immediately went to Lucia's room. Her heart stopped for a moment when she found Lucia wasn't there.

"Luci! Where are you, darling?"

Zhia's tears fell anew, her mind racing as she checked the bathroom and found it empty as well.

Rushing next door to Luca's room, relief washed over Zhia when she found Lucia sleeping peacefully beside her brother.

"Luca! Lucia!"

Zhia approached her twin children, sleeping soundly, and kissed Luca and Lucia's foreheads multiple times.

She then lay down between the twins, pulling their small bodies into a tight hug.

"What am I to do now, my loves? I've discovered who your biological father is, but he's a man we can't ever reach," Zhia whispered, tears streaming down her cheeks as she continued to kiss her children.

All night, Zhia lay wide awake, the reality that Rayden was the twins' father filling her with fear and anxiety.

Rayden's identity as the influential CEO of BLOUSHZE Group and his immense wealth meant that he could easily take Luca and Lucia away from her life.

Moreover, Rayden was already engaged, with the wedding date set.

However, Zhia tried to act normal in front of Luca and Lucia as if nothing had happened. She continued to prepare breakfast and lunch and took them to school as usual.

Zhia was unaware that her twins had become a trending topic and the number one search in the online world.

Elsewhere, Rayden and his family had heard the news. How could they not, with every TV station, social media platform, and newspaper featuring the story on their front pages?

"Viral!!! BLOUSHZE Group CEO, Rayden Cano Xavier's engagement details are public, alongside the twins' emergence. Are they really his offspring?"

"Viral Photo!!! Twins resembling the BLOUSHZE Group CEO appear right as his wedding is announced. Are they his children from an extramarital affair?"

Noland and Julia stormed into Rayden's office, overflowing with rage, while Rayden himself felt overwhelmed by the news.

Yet, he couldn't help his curiosity about the twins.

He pondered if they might truly be his, but who could their mother be? He hadn't been close to any woman, including his fiancee Grace.

Rayden had no desire to associate with her, if not for their arranged match.

"Cano, explain what this is immediately," Julia demanded, slamming a newspaper onto his desk.

"Are they your illegitimate children, Cano?" Noland pressed, visibly emotional.

"Honestly, I have no clue about the article or photo. But, if these children exist, they must be mine," confessed Rayden, massaging his temple out of sheer frustration.

"Cano, we're having a serious conversation here!" Julia exclaimed, feeling toyed with by her son.

"Yes, Cano! This is no joking matter, especially concerning children," Noland supported his wife, cornering Rayden.

"You think I have time for jokes?" retorted Rayden casually, confused by the situation himself.

"Just relax, both of you. Will is investigating the twins. I'll ensure this situation is resolved swiftly," Rayden replied, adjusting his position for comfort.

"Okay, we'll trust you. Remember, you're marrying Grace soon. So, ensure there's no scandal because of you," Noland warned.

"Right, Cano! Poor Grace must be so upset. I'll go comfort her," Julia interjected.

Agreeing with her husband, she empathized with the other woman's plight.

"Why react like this? It'd be great if they really are my biological children – that would mean you two already have twin grandchildren, heirs," said Rayden casually, unbothered by the viral news.

Julia and Noland's expressions lit up at the realization.

"So, we already have a grandchild?" Julia beamed.

"Not just one, but twins," added Cano, icily observing his parents' abrupt change of demeanor.

"That's right, Cano!" Julia responded unconsciously.

"And what about your fiancee Grace?" Rayden circled back to the original concern.

"You little rascal, are you toying with us?" Noland caught on to his son's games.

"Forget it! Let's visit Grace now."

Julia pulled her husband off, her face flushed with embarrassment, incredulous at being played by their own son.

Once Noland and Julia left, Rayden's office quieted again. His thoughts were a mess, not yet done figuring out a hacker who had nearly breached his email—and now the appearance of twins who resembled him as a child.
