Humility~

As Yoko ran, she began to get an uneasy feeling in her stomach, like it was her fault that her brother's life may be at risk. Yoko was never really this nervous. She would always put on a smile no matter what but not this time… this time all she could do was worry and hope for her brother's safety.

As Jason stood over Jin with a look of satisfaction “mmmm I've waited so long to hear your scream in particular, Jin..." Jason said as she licked her lips

Jin was hunched over his left arm as blood rushed out of the spot where his hand used to be. He looked up at Jason with rage “you won't get away with this… y-you demon!” Jin said as he began to struggle to stand, “oh? I'm a demon am I? heh out of all the things I've been called I think demon is my favorite...” Jason continued “- it matches me so well~” Jason finished “I- wont let you kill me- or anyone else!-” Jin yelled as he rushed at Jason but tripped over his own foot and fell to the ground as blood gushed out of his arm. “as enjoyable as it is to watch you crawl at my feet- I have better things to do then to laugh at your asymmetrical asss-” Jason said as she knocked Jin into a tree with the backside of her axe Jin let out a painful grunt as he collided with the tree, before he could even try to recover- Jason buried the front end of her axe deep in his face.

-Jin Uno has died-

Yoko could feel a sense of dread as she approached the location of the previous gunshots but by the time she got there it was too late, all she found was her brother, dead “j-jin… no,” a tear ran down her cheek as she slowly and clumsily walked towards her brother, almost tripping over her own feet a few times as she fell to his side with tears running down her face, a thick sheet of rain began to fall, as yoko cried for her brother.

She put her hands on his cheek and looked at his face, terribly mangled by Jason. She began to grasp at him harder as she put her head on his chest, desperately trying to listen for anything, she knew it was pointless as  she sat there crying the only thing she could think about was “why?” “why does someone like him deserve to die?” her sadness quickly turned to anger as she looked up and yelled “Jason!!!” but before she could leave she noticed something on her brothers arm, she pulled up his sleeve and found something carved into his skin, she recognized the blade used, it was her brothers survival knife all it said was “sydney” that was all Jin had time to carve into his arm, Yoko stood up

“Jin… you died to deliver this message, and I have received it.” yoko began to wipe her tears as she radio the camp “curiosity this is curiosity 2… Jin is... he's gone… send reinforcements immediately.” Yoko continued “if you see Sydney she is no longer a member of this community she is your primary target, shoot on site” Yoko finished as tears began to run down her face again. 

“Copy that curiosity 2 reinforcements are on their way” the radio began buzzing before returning to silence.

One month later. 

One month has passed, although it doesn't seem like a long period of time, the life of one individual could be wiped away in seconds. Things have been different ever since Jin passed away. As time went by, the sky got darker, the woods got quieter. There was something lacking in the atmosphere.

Yoko had been struggling to hold her own, but she knew she had to stay strong and focus on being a good leader. While her mind was cloudy, she mainly had one thing on her mind; kill Jason. Yoko sat idol in her room. She hugged her knees tightly while looking at the ceiling. Her eyes seemed empty and it seemed as if the girl with the most vibrant personality in Curiosity had become emotionless. She stood up and started to pace around the room trying to get her mind to process some kind of strategy, she needs to kill Jason and avenge her fallen relative. That was the only way to make things right.

The laughs they shared turned into nothing but silent memories of the past, a film without color. The stories they told became forgotten tales, as if the pages out of an epic had been ripped out. Yoko stepped into the bathroom and took a long, deep look into the mirror. Her reflection resembled Jin. suddenly  the radio around her waist began to buzz to life “mizzzz-” the radio was receiving a message “mizz- yoko we-”  she looked away from the mirror. she picked it up and answered “this is yoko what is it?” she replied “we found spirit 1…-” it buzzed silent before coming back “we found sabrina”

Yoko held her radio in silence before rushing out of her bathroom, she grabbed her staff and ran out of the camp. When she arrived at the coordinates her men provided, she quickly examined sabrina  “is she?” yoko started “no she's alive,  just out cold, sorry about the lack of clothes we couldn't find her jacket or jeans anywhere, but we did find this.” one of yoko's men said as they turned sabrina over to reveal writing “party in 7 days?” Yoko looked confused as she read it “we’re not sure about the meaning but it's been carved into her by what we can assume to be an axe-” her men were cut off “Jason” Yoko said “pardon?” one of her men asked “Jason!” yoko said again.

Sabrina was laid down on one of the hospital beds in curiosity “she's got some bruises, and a little bit of head trauma but besides that she's fine” Jacob said as he finished his diagnosis “she should wake up soon, her wounds arent fatal” he finished, Yoko let out a sigh of relief “didn't expect to see her so soon” Brock said.

During the month Brock had finally recovered from his injuries but was still bed ridden and still had a bandage around his head. “i'm sure she'll be happy to see you finally awake, Brock” Jacob added “i still don't get what she meant by ‘party in 7 days’...” Yoko said as she tried to think about Jason's message.

After a day of recovery Sabrina began to wake up, when she did yoko asked her if she remembered where Jason took her, however Sabrina never got a good look at what was outside only what was inside, “but, I did notice she had a picture of ricardo in the room she kept me in, i don't know why but she did” Sabrina said “a picture of ricardo…..” Yoko replied as she had an idea.
