Ricardo part 1

brock helped sabrina walk into the forest, sabrina would flinch every now and then as more blood would flow out of the make shift bandage she applied. the sun was almost completely out of view in the thick forest.

"damnit just a little further!" brock thought to himself, every now and then hed glance over at sabrina to make sure she was still conscious.

as they kept running, desperately trying to make it to the resort brock heard something that shook him to his core. a single twig broke.

brock stopped and looked around, memories of what his friend Emily had turned into began flooding his mind, he knew what was nearby.

then a single dead emerged from the shadows. brock just stood there, what could he do? he couldn't just drop sabrina and run, theres no way he could fight the thing, he stood there accepting his fate but just as the dead was about 15 feet from his face a black SUV rammed into it, it was flipped over the vehicle and landed on the otherside of the forest floor, with blood dripping from its forehead.

the SUV parked infront of brock, its headlight illuminated the dark forest. brocks eyes squinted at the bright lights. he quickly tried to turn the other direction and run but another SUV parked behind him.

there were 3 SUVs all around them. "brock... put me down" Sabrina spoke softly "what?!" brock said "I said put me down damnit!" "please..." Sabrina finished as brock slowly lifted his hands away from her. sabrina was standing but she couldn't move from that spot, her injury was too severe.

the doors on the SUV infront opened swiftly, brock could barely see who stepped out. the headlights were too blinding too see who it was. a menacing shadow, covered the mans face as he slowly walked foward, towards brock and sabrina.

brock had a twisted feeling in his gut, he hadn't even see the mans face yet and he was intimidated. the figure walked closer, brock pulled his bat out and got into a fighting stance. tho he desperately tried to stand his ground, with every step foward the figure took, brock took a slight step back, like his mind wanted to fight but his body instinctively knew to run. finally the figure stepped foward enough so the light from the car was behind him, while there was still a shadow over his face, brock could make out some of the details. he knew who it was, he knew it had to be.

"mmhh that stare..." "so intense..." the man spoke. his voice sent tingles down sabrina's spine, his eyes were so piercing it's almost as if he could see right through her. "judging by the way your staring at me... you must know who I am" the man said "You're Ricardo-" brock said, his voice was shakey "in the flesh..." Ricardo said

"you should consider yourselves lucky... most people never piss me off enough to force me into showing my self..." "especially on such short notice" Ricardo spoke as he slowly approached brock "so- these are the little brats that killed 6 of my men and blew up one of my SUVs..." Ricardo paused for a moment, brock froze up and before he could even think Ricardos fist was already right infront of him, Ricardo punched Brock in the gut, brock was hunched over hugging his stomach In pain "brock!" sabrina yelled as she turned to Ricardo "you- I'll make you pay in blood for what you did to him" Sabrina said as she assumed a battle stance, ignoring her leg injury.

Sabrina rushed in and went for a kick with her healthy leg, ricardo blocked it with his elbow, sabrina pulled her leg back and rushed in closer for a punch, ricardo caught her fist and pulled her in before kneeing her in the stomach, "this is what a real kick looks like kid!" Ricardo yelled as he kicked her into a tree, Sabrina's back smashed into the tree with a heavy crash, she fell to the ground as she began to bleed from her nose.

Brock slowly got to his feet and got ready to swing his bat, he was still shaken up from the gut punch from earlier, he rushed towards ricardo and was about to swing his bat, before the bat made contact Ricardo swiftly turned and kicked brock In the stomach sending him flying back, he landed on his back on the forest's floor.

sabrina pulled out her pocket knife and ran towards Ricardo ready to slice him, he dodged the first slice, he grabbed her wrist and tightened his grip enough to force her to drop the knife, he caught it with his other hand and elbowed sabrina in the face, she fell back covering her nose which was bleeding even more.

ricardo walked over to Brock who was still recovering from the kick. "this is what happens when children dont play by the rules... someone gets hurt-" Ricardo said as he grabbed the knife he took from sabrina and threw it into brocks shoulder on his right side. brock let out a painful yelp as it pierced his skin "I'll put you down for good-" Ricardo said as he lifted his foot up and slammed it down on the blade, pushing it further into brocks shoulder. brock let out a painful scream as the blade went deeper and deeper.

sabrina looked on in horror as Ricardo lifted his foot off the blade and slammed it back down even harder this time

"stop!" sabrina yelled. Ricardo looked over at her "something you'd like to add to this?" Ricardo said "I-I was the one that killed your men... Brock had nothing to do with this.... please dont hurt him anymore-" Sabrina said as Brock slowly lifted his head up "n-no Sabrina" Brock said weakly.

A small chuckle escaped through ricardos closed lips... it eventually turned into an open mouth laugh "you think that's going to save your friend? I didnt come here to hurt someone- I came here to kill someone" "so if you want me to skip the hurting part and get straight to the killing- ILL GLADLY BURRY THIS BRAT!" ricardo yelled as he was about to slam his foot down on brock again "if your going to kill someone kill me! please just let brock live!" Sabrina yelled. ricardo paused and looked at sabrina surprised, his suprised expression later turned into an evil grin. "so you volunteer as tribute?" "fine... however I think I could find another use for you...." Ricardo said as he took a step away from brock and towards sabrina "fine I'll accept your proposition" ricardo said "just aslong as you dont kill brock I'll do anything..." Sabrina said as her she looked down in defeat.

ricardo pulled out a handgun and pointed it at Brock "I thought you said you wouldn't kill him!" Sabrina yelled as tears rolled down her cheek "I'm not-" "... they will-" Ricardo spoke in a menacing tone, Sabrina was confused. Ricardo aimed his pistol towards the sky and shot 5 blanks into the air "I just rung the dinner bell" ricardo threw the pistol to the ground "here you'll need this" he said as he threw the pistol next to brocks body.

ricardo motioned for the men waiting in his car to come and collect sabrina, they grabbed her and threw her in the car. "I'll send a team a few days from now to check if your still alive- you better hope you dont survive..." "I dont wanna have to come back here" Ricardo said as he got in the SUV

the cars all drove off leaving brock broken and alone on the forest floor.
