Vince’s face twists in anger. He pulls his pistol and fires!
BLAM!
Kai’s arm stretches — his rubber body catches the bullet, rebounds it.
BANG! – One bullet hits Vince’s leg. He falls.
[Scene – Doctor’s Hut: Dr. Toka]
The trio rushes Vince to a local doctor.
Doctor Toka:
“Hold him still! This bullet’s wedged in deep.”
After a few tense minutes, the bullet is pulled out. Vince groans in pain but stays conscious.
Vince:
“…You didn’t have to save me, y’know.”
Kai:
“We don’t leave people behind. Even idiots.”
[Scene – Later at the Beach Bar]
The group gathers at a local shack bar. The salty breeze and chill music relax them.

Kai pays. Ronan nods with appreciation.
Kai (raising drink):
“To the Blazing Rogue Pirates!”
Vince raises an eyebrow.
Kai (grinning):
