[Scene – Inside Frolong’s Hidden Base]
Kai, blood dripping from his shoulder, stands tall between Frolong and Tigoro. The tension thickens. The beastly Tigoro licks his claws.
Tigoro (growling):
“You’re pretty fast for a rubber brat. Let’s see how long you last.”
Frolong:
“Don’t kill him yet. I need his heart.”
Kai (grinning):
“You two talk too much.”
He suddenly leaps high, twisting midair, stretching his leg back.
Kai:
“Gum-Gum Whip!”
His leg slams across both enemies—Tigoro blocks with claws, but Frolong is sent crashing into a wall. Tigoro snarls and goes beast mode.
He charges with animal speed. The ground cracks beneath each step.
[Meanwhile – Outside the Base]
Ronan staggers to his feet, facing the sneaky Vail, user of the Invisi-Invisi Fruit.
Ronan:
“Tch… coward.”
Vail (smirking):
“Says the guy who got bodied with one throw.”
Suddenly, Luna appears from behind, holding a small bottle of black powder.
Luna:
“You’re lucky I’m bored.”
She tosses the powder into the air—Boom! Smoke fills the area.
Luna:
“Don’t thank me yet. You still owe me berries.”
Ronan:
“You’re insane.”
They both run inside, heading toward Kai.
[Back Inside – Kai vs Frolong and Tigoro]
Tigoro grabs Kai and throws him toward Frolong—who delivers a brutal shark-punch to Kai’s stomach. Kai slams into the wall, coughing.
Frolong (grinning):
“This is it. Heart number 100.”
He steps forward… but Kai slowly rises, bruised but smiling.
Kai (smirking):
“…Nah. I’m not dying here.”
He closes his eyes. Flashbacks of his training with Ace, Sabo, Garros echo through his mind.
Kai (shouting):
“Let’s gooo!!”
His rubber body starts to steam slightly—his muscles tighten, a new aura surrounds him.
Kai:
“Gear Second…!”
Tigoro (shocked):
“What the hell?!”
Kai vanishes in a blur—ZOOOM!—and reappears mid-air with a devastating kick to Tigoro’s face. Tigoro is launched into the ceiling.
Frolong charges, but Kai ducks and delivers a Jet Pistol to his gut, sending the Fishman crashing through his throne.
[Meanwhile – Ronan and Luna Arrive]
Ronan:
“Whoa… is that Kai?!”
Luna (raising brow):
“He’s… hot when he’s not talking.”
Ronan (ignoring her):
“Let’s help him!”
But just then, Vail turns invisible again and goes for Ronan.
Ronan:
“Come on out, you sneaky snake!”
Suddenly, Luna throws a pouch of red powder into the air—it clings to Vail’s invisible body, revealing his outline!
Luna:
“Boom. Marked you.”
Ronan:
“NOW YOU’RE MINE!”
He charges, sword in hand—clashing with Vail in a burst of steel and grit.
[Scene – Kai vs Tigoro & Frolong Finale]
Kai, in Gear Second, leaps into the air, spinning with fire in his fists.
Kai:
“Gum-Gum Red Jet Gatling!!!”
He rains down blazing, high-speed punches on both enemies—smashing Tigoro unconscious, then finishing with a punch that shatters Frolong’s jaw and sends him flying through a wall, unconscious.
Smoke clears. The base is in ruins.
[Aftermath]
Kai collapses, breathing heavily.
Ronan is bruised but standing over Vail.
Luna brushes dust off her coat.
Kai (grinning):
“Guess we win.”
Luna:
“You owe me berries and dinner.”
Ronan:
“…You kicked me twice. You owe me peace.”
They all laugh a little.
