"In that case, we're leaving," they said before departing.

"We should go too. I will give my card to the club manager in case we need to cover any damages," I told Manuel.

I didn't understand what he wanted to talk about, if everything was already clear between the two of us.

I could see in Manuel's face that he didn't like the idea of me talking to Mauricio, but I needed to move on from that.

"Please keep it brief," I told him sternly.
