10:00 AM. William wakes up, he looks at Helena. She starts waking up and, upon seeing how she is, looks at him scared.
Helena: Oh my God.
William: Good morning to you too.
Helena: Wha... What...
William: You hugged me as soon as you fell asleep and stayed here until now. Did you sleep well, Doctor?
Helena: Oh my God, I knew you were going to do something.
William: I didn't do anything, you were the one who hugged me. And is it my fault?
Helena: I need to leave.
She gets up, William watches her grab her clothes and go to the bathroom. Helena is extremely embarrassed inside the bathroom, she doesn't know what to do or how to act. There's a new toothbrush on the sink, she brushes her teeth and gets dressed. As she exits the bathroom, she sees William already sitting in the chair. He enters the bathroom silently. Helena turns on her cell phone and sees the time, there were several missed calls from Mateo, some messages asking where she is and why she isn't answering. He was going crazy looking for her.
William comes out of the bathroom, Helena was about to leave, he stops in front of her.
William: Leaving already, Doctor?
Helena: Are you feeling better?
William: Yes.
Helena: Okay, I'm leaving. We won't have sessions for two days, rest and don't exert yourself.
William: Why won't we?
Helena: It's better that you rest.
William: I'm fine.
Helena: Even so, excessive exertion is dangerous.
William: Are you running away, Doctor?
Helena: No, there's nothing to run away from.
William: Okay.
Helena: Goodbye, take care.
William: Since you're going downstairs, can you ask Raquel to come and help me take a shower?
Helena: Wh.. Who?
William: Raquel, she works here.
Helena frowns, she becomes furious and leaves without saying a word. William smiles, he loves provoking her and with each provocation she shows it even more.
Helena goes downstairs to the living room, William's parents were there.
Juliana: Good morning, dear.
Helena: Good morning.
Juliana: How are you? Would you like some breakfast?
Helena: I'm fine, thank you, but I have to go. I need to go to the hospital.
Juliana: Have some breakfast before you go.
Helena: No thanks, William won't have sessions for two days in order to rest more.
Juliana: Alright, thank you for helping us.
Helena: He asked for someone named Raquel to come and help him.
Juliana: Who is Raquel?
Helena: Isn't there anyone named Raquel here?
Juliana: I don't know anyone by that name.
Helena: Ugh, forget it. I need to go, thank you for everything.
Helena leaves in a hurry, she becomes furious with William's provocation. Helena goes straight to the hospital, when she arrives she grabs a coffee and goes to her office.
As she enters the room, she comes face to face with Mateo sitting in her chair. He was angry. She takes a deep breath, closes the door, and looks at him.
Mateo: I thought you had disappeared.
Helena: Hi Mateo, I'm sorry.
Mateo: Do you know how many times I called you? How worried I was? You didn't respond to any messages and didn't answer when I called. Why did you turn off your phone?
Helena: It ran out of battery.
Mateo: You think I'll fall for that? Where were you? I called your house and no one knew where you were either.
Helena: I slept at the Gutierrez's house, Mr. William got sick and I needed to go there when I left. It got dark and I ended up staying there. My phone is really out of battery, you can check if you want.
Mateo: You slept there? You're not a doctor, Helena, you're a physiotherapist. They must have a private doctor who can take care of this.
Helena: I am his physiotherapist, he was in pain from the exercises. I couldn't say no, Mateo. Thank you for reminding me that I'm not a doctor, but that doesn't stop me from helping those in need.
Mateo: He must be doing just fine with the care of Doctor Helena.
He leaves irritated, Helena sits down, upset, and takes a deep breath. Her head was pounding, her mind was a mess, and now so was her life.
William was in his room, Juliana goes there and knocks on the door before entering.
Juliana: Good morning, dear.
William: Good morning, Mom.
Juliana: How are you?
William: Fine.
Juliana: William, who is Raquel?
William: I didn't do anything.
Juliana: Haha, son, you have no limits.
William: Did she deliver the message then?
Juliana: Yes, she said that you wanted Raquel to come here and help you.
William: How did she react when she found out that she doesn't exist?
Juliana: She was confused, she left in a hurry not knowing what to say.
William: Haha, I think the Doctor is crazy.
Juliana: You're terrible, haha.
William: Can you help me?
Juliana: Of course.
Juliana helps him take a shower, she just helps him move to another chair, William takes a shower, Juliana helps him get dressed and they stay in the room.
She had brought a breakfast tray, William ate while they talked.
Juliana: Look at this... shows the picture she took of them
William: Delete it.
Juliana: No way, this picture turned out beautiful.
William: It's silly, Mom.
Juliana: Did you mess with her?
William: Of course not, she hugged me while I was sleeping.
Juliana: And of course, you didn't like it at all.
William: Not at all, it weighed on me.
Juliana: I know haha.
William: Isn't Jacob coming today?
Juliana: Yes, he's already on his way.
William: Okay.
Juliana: Do you have any feelings for her, son?
William: No, what could I feel?
Juliana: I think you like her.
William: No, Mom, she's annoying and that's it, that's already too much for me.

William: I'm a sweetheart, forget about it, leave, I have a meeting now.
Juliana: Okay.
Juliana leaves, William pushes Helena out of his thoughts, he opens his notebook and starts the meeting.
