Professor : Ming, you're needed in the principal's office.

Ming

(Enters principal's office), "Good morning sir!"

Principal : Ah, Ming. Thanks for coming. Please, have a seat. Wait here for a minute.

Principal gets up and walks out of the office.

Ming spins around at the sound of the door locking.

Ming

(Eyes widening in surprise.)

Kai

(stands with his back against the door, a sly smile spreading across his face), finally we meet again.

Ming

(Nervously stands up, eyes fixed on Kai), W-what are you doing here?

Kai

(Smirks), You've been avoiding me, Ming.

Ming

(Nervously), What are you talking about?

Kai

(Pushes off the door, walking towards Ming) Don't play dumb, for the past two days, running around like a rabbit.

Ming

(swallows hard, eyes darting around the room). W-what do you want, Kai?

Kai

(stops in front of Ming, eyes locked on his), We need to talk.

Ming

Principal will be here at anytime,

Kai

(Smirks), Don't worry... (pauses), He won't be here until my order.

Ming

(Eyes widening in alarm), What do you mean?

Kai

(Leans against the desk, eyes gleaming with power), Don't forget, my family owns the college, so we have all the time to talk.

Kai walks slowly towards Ming, his eyes fixed on him.

Kai

"I just need to check something..."

Ming

(Takes a step back, eyes darting around the room), W-what is it?

Kai leans in, his nose grazing the crook of Ming's neck.

Kai

(Inhales deeply)

His breath sending shivers down Ming's spine.

Ming

(Holds his breath, his heart racing as Kai's warm breath tickles his skin)

Kai

(A soft hum of satisfaction escaping his lips) Mmm... Vanilla.

Ming

(Tenses, his eyes closing as Kai's lips brush against his ear), W-what are you doing, Kai?

Ming tenses, his eyes widening in alarm as Kai's arms wrap around him, holding him in place.

Kai

(Sniffs again, his nose nuzzling Ming's other side of the neck), you both smell the same...

Ming ties to push Kai away, but Kai's grip only tightens.

Ming

K-Kai, stop!

Ming

(Steps back, a hint of defensiveness in his tone), There must be some misunderstanding. I am not Phoenix.

Kai

(Eyes locked intensely on Ming),But I never took the name Phoenix.




