Zhi and Kai walk into the crowded Eclipse bar, the sound of loud music and cheering filling the air.
zhi
"Phoenix's last show! Can't believe it."
Kai
(Expression remains neutral, his eyes scanning the stage)
Bruno (Bar owner)
(Approaches Kai and Zhi, a jacket slung over his arm), "Hey, Kai. I think this belongs to you."
Kai takes the jacket, his eyes narrowing slightly as he inspects it.
Kai's fingers brush against the fabric, and he catches a whiff of a familiar scent - sweet vanilla.
Kai
(Kai's eyes flick up to Bruno, his expression unreadable)
Bruno smiles, oblivious to Kai's sudden tension.
Bruno (Bar owner)
"Phoenix said you lent it to him the other day. Thanks for being considerate."
zhi
(Zhi raises an eyebrow, curious).
Kai
(Kai's expression doesn't change, but his eyes seem to cloud over)
Bruno (Bar owner)
(shrugs, handing Zhi a couple of drink tickets) "Anyway, enjoy the show! Phoenix is going to kill it tonight."
As Bruno walks away, Kai's eyes linger on the jacket, his mind racing with questions.
Kai's fingers brush against the fabric again, and he catches another whiff of the sweet vanilla scent.

(Eyes seem to glaze over, lost in thought)
The lights dim, and the crowd erupts into cheers as Phoenix takes the stage.
Phoenix, a charismatic pole dancer, spins and twirls on the pole.
The crowd cheers and chants his name, mesmerized by his performance.
zhi
(watches, awestruck), "Wow, he's incredible!"
Kai
(Eyes fixed on the dancer, his expression unreadable)
Kai
(His gaze follows the dancer's movements, his eyes lingering on the dancer's body)
The dancer catches Kai's eye, and for a moment, they lock gazes.
Phoenix, continues to perform, but his eyes keep darting towards Kai, a hint of fear and anxiety in his gaze.
Phoenix's smile falters for a moment, and he quickly looks away, trying to compose himself.

(Expression remains neutral, but his eyes seem to bore into Phoenix's soul.)

(His gaze intense, as if he can see right through Phoenix's facade)
As the song comes to an end, Phoenix takes a final bow, his body glistening with sweat.
His eyes locking onto Kai's once more for a moment, as he exit the stage.
