Jungkook’s cheeks were flushed, his lips slightly parted, but what caught Taehyung’s attention was the dramatic pout now forming on Jungkook’s face.

Taehyung raised an amused brow.

Jungkook huffed softly, crossing his arms over his chest and looking away.

Jungkook giggled, finally relaxing as he followed Taehyung down the moonlit path.

For the first time that evening, his heart felt light and free, filled with the comforting knowledge that his alpha—no, his Tae—would always cherish him just the way he was.
