The Jeon household was bustling with activity, the sounds of laughter and the soft hum of traditional music filling the air.

The day of Jungkook and Taehyung’s ritual to become one family had arrived, and every detail had been meticulously planned.

Jungkook, however, sat quietly in his room, gazing at his reflection in the mirror.

His soft pink hanbok, adorned with intricate embroidery, was perfectly tailored to his small frame.

A matching ribbon tied his dark hair back, leaving his fringe to frame his delicate face.

But his eyes were teary, and his pout made his lips tremble.

His sister-in-law, Soo-Jin, entered the room with a warm smile.

Downstairs, the Kims arrived with a few close family members.

Taehyung stood tall in a sleek black hanbok, his sharp features softened by the festive atmosphere.

As soon as his eyes caught Jungkook descending the stairs with his family, he froze for a moment.

Jungkook’s timid steps, his head slightly bowed, and the way his hands nervously fidgeted with his sleeves made him look even more adorable.

Taehyung couldn’t look away.

The tying of the couple and family rituals began with the elders exchanging blessings.

The families sat together, a beautiful spread of traditional food and symbolic items laid out between them.

Jungkook, come forward. (Mrs. Jeon encouraged softly, pulling her son gently by the hand)

Jungkook hesitated, his eyes darting to Taehyung briefly before looking away.

Jungkook nodded quickly, though his hands trembled as he adjusted his sleeves.

The realization that he would eventually leave his home and family settled heavily on his chest.

The rest of the ceremony went smoothly, with both families exchanging laughter and warm conversations.

Taehyung stayed close to Jungkook, occasionally offering him small reassurances.

By the end of the day, Jungkook felt a little less nervous about the future.

Though the idea of leaving his family still scared him, Taehyung’s calm presence gave him hope that maybe, just maybe, everything would turn out okay.
