Taehyung was nervous. It wasn’t a feeling he was used to.

As a 28-year-old successful businessman and an alpha, he was accustomed to commanding rooms and sealing deals with ease.

But today, he wasn’t meeting with investors or negotiating contracts. Today, he was taking his fiancé Jungkook on their first real date.

After getting permission from Jungkook’s parents, who were thrilled at Taehyung’s thoughtfulness, he had planned an intimate yet romantic outing.

Jungkook’s family had teased him endlessly before he left the house, making him blush so furiously that Taehyung couldn’t help but laugh softly.

Now, as he drove to the destination, Jungkook sat beside him in the passenger seat, his small hands fidgeting with the hem of his pastel blue sweater.

His shy glances toward Taehyung and the way he bit his bottom lip made Taehyung’s heart skip a beat.

At one point, a waiter brought over a tray of desserts.

Taehyung had pre-ordered a small plate of macarons, knowing they were Jungkook’s favorite.

Jungkook’s face lit up when he saw the pastel-coloured treats.

Of course. (Taehyung said, leaning back in his chair with a satisfied smile)

Jungkook’s heart fluttered at his words. He picked up a macaron and took a bite, his eyes closing in delight.

The moon was high in the sky, its silver light reflecting off the water.

Jungkook walked slightly ahead, his hands clasped behind his back as he admired the view. Taehyung followed closely, his eyes never leaving Jungkook’s figure.
