As Naina turned to leave, Tripti felt a sense of relief wash over her. She was glad to be rid of Naina's toxic presence, at least for the time being.
But as she turned to go back inside, she saw Reyansh standing in the doorway, a look of concern on his face.
"What did she want?" he asked, his voice low.
Tripti sighed, feeling a sense of frustration. "She just wanted to remind you of your responsibilities," she said. "She's still trying to manipulate you, Reyansh."
Reyansh's face darkened, and he clenched his fists. "I won't let her do it," he said. "I won't let her come between us again."
Tripti felt a surge of love and admiration for Reyansh. She knew that he was committed to their marriage, and she was grateful for that.
But as they stood there, looking into each other's eyes, Tripti couldn't shake the feeling that Naina was still a threat to their marriage. She knew that Naina would stop at nothing to get what she wanted, and Tripti was determined to protect her marriage at all costs.
Just then, Reyansh's phone rang, shrill and insistent. He hesitated for a moment, then answered it.
"Yes?" he said, his voice cautious.
Tripti watched as Reyansh's face changed, his eyes narrowing and his jaw clenched.
"What do you mean?" he said, his voice rising. "How could you do this?"
Tripti's heart sank as she realized who must be on the other end of the line. Naina.
"What is it?" Tripti asked, her voice barely above a whisper.
Reyansh's eyes locked on hers, and he took a deep breath. "Naina has gone to the press," he said. "She's telling them that I'm the father of her child, and that I'm abandoning her."
Tripti felt like she had been punched in the gut. This was a nightmare come true.
Tripti's eyes widened in shock as she processed the news. "What?" she exclaimed. "How could she do that?"
Reyansh's face was grim. "I don't know," he said. "But we need to do some damage control. We can't let her ruin our reputation like this."
Tripti nodded, her mind racing. "We need to get our story out there," she said. "We need to tell the truth about what's going on."
Reyansh nodded, already dialing a number on his phone. "I'll call our PR team," he said. "We'll get a statement out to the press ASAP."
As Reyansh spoke on the phone, Tripti couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. This was a nightmare come true. Naina's actions were not only hurtful, but they were also damaging to their reputation.
Just then, Reyansh's phone beeped, signaling an incoming text message. He looked at the screen, his eyes widening in shock.
"What is it?" Tripti asked, feeling a sense of trepidation.
Reyansh's face was grim. "It's a text from Naina," he said. "She's threatening to release a video that will 'prove' that I'm the father of her child."
Tripti's eyes widened in horror. "What kind of video?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.
Reyansh's face was grim. "I don't know," he said. "But we need to be prepared for anything."
As they stood there, frozen in shock, Tripti couldn't help but wonder what the future held for them. Would they be able to overcome this latest challenge, or would Naina's actions tear them apart once and for all?
As the day went on, Tripti and Reyansh were bombarded with calls and messages from the press, all wanting to know about the scandal. They tried to ignore it, but it was hard to avoid the constant barrage of questions and accusations.
Reyansh's PR team worked tirelessly to try and contain the damage, but it seemed like no matter what they did, the story just kept getting bigger and bigger.
As the evening drew to a close, Tripti and Reyansh sat down to dinner, exhausted and demoralized.
"I don't know how much more of this I can take," Tripti said, her voice shaking. "It feels like our whole world is falling apart."
Reyansh reached out and took her hand, his eyes filled with compassion. "We'll get through this, Tripti," he said. "We'll get through it together."
Just then, Tripti's phone rang. She hesitated for a moment, wondering if she should answer it, but then she picked it up.
"Hello?" she said, her voice cautious.
"Tripti, it's Lyra," said the voice on the other end of the line. "I just saw the news about Reyansh and Naina. I had to call and see if you're okay."
Tripti felt a surge of gratitude towards her friend. "Thanks, Lyra!," she said. "I'm trying to stay strong, but it's hard. This whole thing is just so crazy."
"I know," Lyra said. "But you're not alone, Tripti. I'm here for you, and I'll support you no matter what."
Tripti felt a lump form in her throat as she listened to Rachita's words. She was grateful for her friend's support, and she knew that she could count on her to be there for her, no matter what.
As they talked, Tripti felt a sense of calm wash over her. She knew that she and Reyansh still had a long way to go, but with the support of her friends and family, she felt like she could face whatever challenges came their way.
But just as she was starting to feel more positive, Tripti's phone beeped, signaling an incoming text message. She looked at the screen, and her heart sank.
It was a message from an unknown number, and all it said was: "The truth is coming. Get ready."
