"The profit is only for you, Ma'am?! What about my profit?! If that's the case, why didn't I just become a babysitter from the beginning?! It's the same as taking care of your child, Ma'am!" Zayn exclaimed.
Shea sighed softly while rolling her eyes lazily, "I'm looking for a daddy for my son, not a babysitter. Here, we both benefit, I need a husband and you need money. So, we're even. Just sign it if you want the one hundred million." She explained, changing her address to a slightly more casual tone.
Zayn closed his eyes, his ego feeling torn by the woman's terms. However, Zayn had no choice. He took the pen Shea gave him and signed it. With a flat gaze, Zayn returned the folder to the woman who was now his wife.
"This is your one hundred million," Shea said, giving a small bag containing one hundred million rupiah to Zayn.
Zayn accepted it, the man looked down intently at the bag Shea had given him. Then, his gaze lifted and he looked at the woman in front of him with a thin smile. "Thank you," he muttered.
Shea nodded, she looked at Zayn with an unreadable expression. "How old are you?" Shea asked, making Zayn frown deeply.
"Didn't she see my age on my resume?" Zayn thought.
"Hey! Why are you spacing out?!" Shea snapped.
Zayn was startled, he came out of his reverie and looked at Shea who was still looking at him. "I'm twenty-one years old, next month I'll be..."
"TWENTY-ONE?!" Shea exclaimed with her eyes wide.
Zayn nodded slowly, "Actually, how old are you, Ma'am?" he asked with a confused look.
Shea swallowed softly at Zayn's question, "Twenty-eight," she whispered.
Zayn almost choked on his own saliva, he looked at Shea from head to toe. In his opinion, Shea didn't look like a twenty-eight-year-old woman. In fact, he thought Shea was only a year older than him. He didn't expect that the woman was almost thirty years old.
"Ye-yeah I got married young, that's my regret. But, I never regretted having cute children. You'll meet them later," Shea said with a small smile.
"They? Do you have more than one child..."
Bzzt!!
Bzzt!!
Zayn's phone rang, the man took his phone from his pants pocket and saw who was calling him. Seeing that it was the doctor treating his grandmother who was contacting him, Zayn immediately picked up the phone without a second thought. His expression looked very worried, surely the doctor was going to say something important about his grandmother.
"W-what?! Grandma is critical?! Do-doctor please, please save my grandmother. I'll be right there at the hospital," Zayn exclaimed.
The phone call was disconnected, Zayn hurriedly put his cell phone back into his pants pocket. Then, the man ran to the side of the road. He didn't even say goodbye to Shea, who was now his wife. The man's panic made him forget everything. Unfortunately, public transportation or taxis had not yet passed in front of him.
Honk! Honk!
Zayn turned around after hearing the sound of a car horn. There was Shea, driving her white sedan and stopping right next to Zayn. The woman lowered her sunglasses to see Zayn's face more clearly. "Come on, I'll take you to the hospital," Shea offered.
Without lingering, Zayn immediately got into Shea's car. He didn't care about anything else at this point, his mind was only focused on his grandmother's condition. Shea could clearly see the anxiety and worry of the young man beside her.
"He looks so worried," Shea thought.
"Please hurry!" Zayn exclaimed with teary eyes.
"Okay," Shea replied and increased the speed of her car.
Zayn clasped his hands in front of his mouth, the man closed his eyes tightly. Tears streamed down his cheeks, his lips trembling to hold back his sobs. "Take anything from me, but don't take Grandma. I only have her in this world, please... don't take my life," he muttered. Although Zayn spoke softly, Shea could hear him.
"I've never seen a man cry so sadly before," Shea thought.

Zayn ran down the hospital corridor followed by Shea behind him. Their steps stopped in front of a doctor who was waiting for their arrival. With a ragged breath, Zayn tried to catch his breath so he could ask in a clear voice.
"Doctor, where's the referral letter? I'll sign it right away!" Zayn exclaimed.
"I, I also brought the money. The hospital will definitely ask for a large fee to refer my grandmother to another hospital, right?!" Zayn continued, showing the bag he was holding.
The doctor sighed softly, he patted Zayn's shoulder firmly. "Zayn, the cancer your grandmother has is in its final stage. There is no treatment whatsoever, except to make her last longer. Your grandmother's condition is very critical, we can't handle it anymore," he explained, which made Zayn shake his head.
"You asked me to approve the referral letter, didn't you?! Why are you saying something different now, doctor?! If my grandmother being referred to a bigger hospital can make her survive, do it now! I've brought the money! You medical workers need money first, then action, right?! I've brought it! So, save my grandmother!" Zayn shouted.
Shea grabbed Zayn's arm, she rubbed it gently. Hoping, the man would calm down a bit now. Zayn's breath sounded ragged, his eyes were red. Tears had been streaming down his cheeks all this time. He could lose everything, but not his grandmother.
"Doctor, if she's referred now, is there still a chance?" Shea asked.
"Yes, but we can't guarantee the patient's condition when she gets there. I'll ask the nurse to bring the referral letter," said the doctor, to which Shea nodded.
Shea's gaze shifted to Zayn, the man was covering his face with his right hand. "Zayn, your grandmother can still be referred. But, we can't hope for much," Shea whispered.
Zayn removed Shea's hand from his, he decided to enter his grandmother's treatment room. Meanwhile, Shea just sighed softly. Her gaze shifted to the doctor who was talking to his nurse.
"Doctor," Shea called, which made the doctor turn his gaze.
"Give Grandma Zayn the best possible care. If she needs to be referred to a bigger hospital, I'll cover all the costs. If she needs surgery, do it for Grandma Zayn's recovery," Shea pleaded.
The doctor sighed heavily, he looked at Shea with a sad look. "The patient has end-stage liver cancer. There is no surgery that can cure her at this point. Even if forced, there will be a big risk. Actually, I wanted to tell Zayn. That his grandmother, no longer has hope at this time. It's just, a matter of time," he muttered.
