Diana...

Before I left the house, Eliza gave me a big lecture. She asked me to be careful, not to accept drinks from strangers or talk to strangers.

He walked me to Peter's car.

"Come to your senses, little sister! Take care of my little girl, Pity!" she recommended, with a worried look on her face.

"You got it, babe!" he says, followed by a wink.

"If my Don Juan comes around tonight, tell him to expect me!" I say amused.

She rolls her eyes.

"Forget that womanizer, little flower! You deserve a real man, not a playboy, who every day has a different woman parading around as if they were a prize!"

"I've already told him that when he meets me, he'll never be the same again!" I say amused. "I'm kidding, Liza, I know very well that a man like that would never look at a mere mortal like me!"

We ended up laughing at the situation.

"A mere mortal, but with the beauty of a goddess!" murmurs one of the boys in the band.

"Take your eyes off! My little sister is not for your beak!" she says.

The boy feigned hurt and we laughed.

We said goodbye and headed for the ceremony site.

As soon as we entered the condominium, I was struck by the luxury and beauty of the place. We were directed to the mansion where the wedding was to take place.

After organizing all the equipment and testing the sound, the ceremony begins.

I froze as soon as I saw my Don Juan walk through those doors arm in arm with a beautiful, elegant woman. My heart raced, my mouth went dry, my hands were shaking with cold sweat and there was a constant chill in my stomach. I controlled myself as much as possible so as not to spoil the moment for the bride and groom by singing something wrong.

It was an emotional wedding, I was touched by the vows and everything else.

At one point, I was very thirsty and went to get some water and was surprised to find Benjamin talking to me. I was saved by Peter calling me to sing.

I didn't even know what to say to this man, with all his beauty and charm. His marvelous perfume left me completely intoxicated, as well as being beautiful, it smells magnificent.

He was different from what I've seen on other nights, he was spontaneous, laughing, really enjoying himself with his family. Some of the guys from the band showed Benjamin's parents, I've seen them on magazine covers, talking about their companies.

I thought about walking away, but I was here, with Benjamin watching me constantly, and I couldn't miss the opportunity to make my birthday wish come true.

I went to the toilet, took a deep breath and decided to act like a real woman and let things happen.

On the way out, I bump into a girl at the bathroom door and end up knocking over her drink.

That's it! Now my night is over! This girl is going to make a scandal here!"......

I apologized a thousand times and the girl smiled.

"Calm down! It's nothing, it's just a very small spot on the bar, you won't even notice it! You're very tense, is something wrong?"

I take it from the waiter's hand and drink it in one go, to see if the courage comes up.

"Whoa!" says Anelive amused. "Take it easy, I still want to hear you sing some more! By the way, your voice is beautiful!"

"I agree with you!" says Benjamin, standing next to us, his gaze fixed on mine.

When I look at him, he gives me a sexy smile, making my legs wobble.

"Here he comes with his cheap rhymes!" says Anelive and rolls her eyes.

"It was a watch!" says the boy.

"Thank you!" I smile awkwardly.

"I can see I'm outnumbered here!" says Anelive, getting to her feet. "Careful, Diana, that one's no good!"

"I think you've had enough, Ane!"

She narrows her gaze and shows him her tongue.

"Don't take my sister's words at face value! I'm Benjamin!"

He nods, asking permission to sit down.

"Diana!"

"The goddess of the hunt" or "the one who illuminates"?

"What do you think?" I ask the boy.

"Definitely both! Your beauty shines through both positions!"

I smile awkwardly.

"Cheesy pick-up line, isn't it?"

"Just a little bit!" I say, smiling.

He doesn't take his eyes off mine, I believe that's what makes women fall at his feet.

"But your smile, it definitely lights up wherever you go!" he states.

"Are you the"son of happiness"or"the beloved one"?"

"Got me there!" he gestures with his index finger.

We smile.

"Are you from around here, Diana?"

"Yes, and you?"

"I was born here, but currently live in the UK, my whole life is there, except my family!"

"Cool!"

"Tell me a bit about yourself!"

"I'm starting college next year to study business administration!" I respond without thinking. "Tell me, what is it like living in another country, far from your family?"

"It wasn't easy at first, but there I would have more resources and a first investor who liked my work! Even though I miss home, I won't give up on living my dream for anything or anyone in this life! I'm fighting hard to achieve my goals!"

"I want to achieve my dreams too! I want to give a better life to my sister, make her proud of me!"

"If you persist and be consistent, you can achieve everything you dream of!... But tell me, which one is your boyfriend?" he asks, looking towards the band.

"Oh no! None of them, we're just friends and Peter, the one singing now, is dating my sister!"

"I'm glad!" he says without any shame, with a mischievous smile on his lips, making me feel awkward.

Unfortunately, I had to go back to singing.

At the end of the party, we were packing up our equipment when Benjamin asked if he could take me home, and I immediately accepted. I told Peter that I was leaving with a friend I had met from school, and he believed it.

As they leave, I walk over to Benjamin's car.

I can't even explain the nervousness I'm feeling, just by imagining that we'll be alone.

..."Oh, the butterflies in my stomach!"...
