Vincent successfully released Jamie's grip on his shirt after several trial as he heaved a sigh of relief. Watching as the older sleeping peacefully on his bed, Vincent pulled the duvet over him as he traced his right hand fingers into the older's hair caressing it softly. Vincent smiled moving away from Jamie who mumbles some incoherent words in he sleeps.
Cute
Standing up from the bed, Vincent quickly returned the first aid box to the bathroom as he came back as he looked around Jamie's room remembering what had happened there the last hours. He had found out about the older little secret which he probably haven't told anyone else. And even though he had no idea what it really was, he wasn't in anyway repulsed or disgusted about it. He actually kind of find it cute and adorable.
And he felt good about himself that Jamie had trusted him enough to tell him something like that.
Walking towards Jamie's little fort, Vincent squat down in front of it as he stares at the bed littered with plushie stuffed animals, coloring books and pencils. Vincent took off his slippers as he stepped on the bed with his socks on as he tidied up the bed, arranging the stuffed toys and packing up the coloring books and pencils.
Vincent was about arranging the sheets when he stepped on something, raising up his feet a little, Vincent pulled out what he stepped on to look at it. He needed no one to tell him what it was before he knew it.
A pacifier.
Him being someone who had raised his daughter almost by himself, he is aware of what the little item is for. Vincent looked from the pacifier in his hand towards the small wardrobe chest at the corner of the fort as he pulled it open to see it containing several other pacifier and sippy cups in different colors.
Realising he needed to understand more about this lifestyle of Jamie, Vincent brought out his phone-the latest iPhone14 pro max as he unlocked it going to the search engine.
Sitting on the floor by the foot of the clothes fort, Vincent started searching and researching on why Jamie likes behaving like a kid sometimes.

Vincent spent almost two hours engrossed in his phone, reading articles on articles in sites and quota forum, trying to understand more about it.
Bad and negative reactions from some people who doesn't understand them makes some people who are age regressors to feel more unsafe about themselves and they most times needed daddy or mummy or caregiver who could love and make them feel safe and protected. They needed that solace the most.
That's why it's my job as a caregiver to make my little girl feel safe and let her know her being this way is not weird and I will always be there to protect her no matter what.
This is our job as their caregiver, to always protect them and make them feel safe and loved. You can't call yourself a caregiver if your duties are lacking in these.
DaddyCarl .
Vincent finished reading the last article on the last site he had checked as he turned to look at the older who is still sleeping soundly curled up in his bedsheets. Vincent wondered if the older had also went through some of the embarrassing moments some little had being suggested to by people. He wondered if he also had his own daddy or caregiver.
The thought of Jamie having a caregiver didn't sit well in Vincent as he felt himself getting a bit annoyed. The feel of Jamie relying on someone else, and having a caregiver who he could cuddle with and feel safe with, Vincent wanted to be that person. Making him wondered if he had the right to do that.
He just met Jamie but already want to be his caregiver. With what he read, he believes he could do his best in taking care of Jamie and making him feels safe but Jamie probably wouldn't trust him enough to let him be his caregiver, with what he had read of some caregiver mistreating their little ones, the thought of Jamie refusing him if he offered to be his caregiver breaks Vincent.
Vincent was interrupted from his thoughts when his phone started ringing.
Quickly picking it up so has not to disturb Jamie who his sleeping, Vincent looked at the caller to see it's his mother.
"Mom" Vincent called softly, trying not to sound to loud and wake the older up.
"Where are you? You should be done with practice about an hour already right?" Pearl, Vincent's mom asked on hearing her son's voice.
"I am not at practice, I went somewhere.?"
"Then can you come home right away and stay with Chanel?"
"What's going on?" Vincent asked a bit worried.
"Nothing much. I just have an impromptu dinner I needed to be at soon and Chanel is refusing to stay alone with the maids. You are the only one I can call."
"When are you leaving?" Vincent asked checking the time in his phone.
"In about an hour time?"
"Alright, I will be back soon."
"Okay, don't take too long." Pearl replied as she disconnected the call.
"You are leaving?"
Vincent heard Jamie's voice as he looked up to see him wide awake looking at him softly. Vincent smiled as he stands up walking towards him as he squat down beside his bed. "How are you? Sorry I woke you up"
"It's okay, I was awake already" Jamie replied as he sat up rubbing his face softly before pulling the middle size teddy bear on his bed to himself hugging it as Vincent watched with a smile. He really did find it cute.
"So.. leaving?" Jamie's voice get him off his thoughts as he looked up back at him.
"Yeah, I should leave soon. Mom is going somewhere and want me to stay with Chanel." Vincent replied with a sigh.
Jamie nods not replying as Vincent stares at him. He is indeed captivated by the older's charm or more-if there is any. Despite the fact that this is his third time of meeting him, Vincent knew there is something just special about Jamie he couldn't ignore.
Maybe it's from the way he felt relaxed when with him and how he seems not to have anything to worry about when talking to him, Vincent is not ready to loose that feeling at all.
"You did that?" Jamie asked as Vincent looks up at Jamie's eyes down to the where he is looking at-the sheets fort. He is talked about how arranged and organized the fort looks now.
"Y-yes, I feel like I should help." Vincent replied.
"You don't have to."
"I wanted to help."
"Y-you-thanks" Jamie said softly looking down at his hands that he laid in top of eachother.
Vincent already figured the older is in his big space with how relaxed and calm he is. And with him talking in his big space, he figures they could have some conversation as he slowly held his hand catching the older's attention who turned to look at him as Vincent smiled. "You remembered all what you told me earlier right? Before you sleep."
"You are not going to pretend you didn't hear anything?"
Vincent frown slightly, "Why should I? You want me to pretend like I didn't hear you told me all that?"
Jamie shakes his head, "No, I just-I thought you will think it's weird."
"And I told you I didn't see or think of it that way." Vincent replied raising up Jamie's face to look at him. "Trust me Jamie"
"O-okay" Jamie replied nodding his head slowly making Vincent to smile as he finds himself moving closer to Jamie but was interrupted when his phone started ringing again as he went back to his initial position before bringing out his phone from his pocket to see it's his mother calling again.
"You should go already"
Vincent nod, "yeah."
"I will see you off." Jamie said as he pulled away the bedsheets around him.
Vincent stood up as he helped Jamie to get out of the bed, both walking out of the bedroom. Vincent walked towards where his shoes are as he put them on before turning to Jamie.
"...."
"I-I will see you later? Y-you will come again...right?" Jamie asked unsure.
Vincent held Jamie's hand as he looks at him. "I will loved to come again. Let's hang out more." Vincent replied as he couldn't help but noticed how happy and relieved the older looked.
Vincent felt a bit hurt knowing the fact that the older had thought he won't want to hangout with him again because he finds out about him. Making him wondered if someone hated it stopped talking to him because they also finds out about it.
"Let's go."
Vincent nods as he walked out of his apartment with him, both walked silently towards where his car was parked. Stopping by his car, Vincent turned back to Jamie who had his arms wrapped around himself as he looks up at him.
"I will text you when I get home" Vincent said as Jamie nods slowly. "Okay."
Both staring at eachother for about a minute before Vincent speaks again. "Can I hug you?"
Jamie's face widened with shock as he flushed in embarrassment slowly dropping his arms around his looking at the younger. "Y-you what to hug me?"
"Yes. Is that a problem with that? I remembered we hugged earlier and also someone clearly didn't want to let go then."
Jamie flushed more, cheek bearing a tint of redness, "T-that's different."
"It's not. I hugged you then and I want to hug you again." Vincent replied as Jamie moved more closer to him wrapping his arms around his body. Vincent smiled as he hugged him back.
"Thank you for today Vincent." Jamie said after a while as Vincent smiled not replying as he pats the older's back.
Vincent pulled away as his phone started ringing again. "I should really get going right now."
Jamie nods as he also moved to the back. "Okay"
Vincent made to leave but stopped as he turned back to Jamie who is still looking at him. "Do you have-I mean did you want me to be your-" Vincent sighed as he stopped leaving the older curious of what he wanted to say. "Do you want us to hang out tomorrow? After you come back from work?"
Jamie smiled as he nods. "Yes."
"Okay then, bye, see you." Vincent smiled as he entered his car driving away, not without looking at the mirror one last time to check the older but-
Vincent stepped on his break almost immediately as he noticed a car parked in front of Jamie's apartment, as a guy who Vincent immediately recognized as the owner of the school his daughter attend came out of the car walking towards Jamie who was about entering the house.
Vincent watched as the man held Jamie's face lightly saying something to him while Jamie smiled lowly before bringing down the man's hand from his face-still holding it as he replied him. Vincent felt his stomach churned as he wondered what their relationship would be.
He had seen a photo of both of them in the house but he hoped it's not something he should be worried an.
What if he is his caregiver?
The thought alone sent cold chill to Vincent as he gripped his car steering wheel tightly, about coming down from his car when his phone started ringing again. Vincent groaned annoyingly as he started his car driving off with mixed feelings and a heavy heart.
