Emma had never been on a motorcycle before, and as Carter drove, she closed her eyes tightly, holding onto him tightly. As he watched her in the motorcycle mirrors, he smiled at her scared expression and felt something strange in his chest that spread all the way to his fingertips, while she held onto him tightly.

"Where are you taking me...!" Emma said fearfully.

Carter didn't answer her, knowing that if he told her he was taking her to his house, she would refuse to go. So he continued driving.

When they arrived, Emma noticed that they had arrived at a very luxurious house near a river that ran right beside the house. The house was so big that she couldn't see all of it.

"What are we doing here?" Emma asked as she got off the motorcycle.

"Get off, Emma!" Carter said sternly.

Emma got off the motorcycle, and a man in a black suit got out of a luxury car along with Ramon.

"What is going on?!" Emma asked.

"Please, let's go inside," Carter said.

"I'm not going anywhere with you! Why did you bring me here?!" Emma said angrily.

"Fine, then we'll do it here. Patric is my lawyer. I assumed you don't need one since you're a lawyer yourself, so Patric, please explain to the lady what my lawsuit is about!" Carter said.

"Lawsuit?!" Emma said.

"Mr. Carter Miller sues Emma Palmer for the amount of 2 million dollars for emotional and material damages to his person. After presenting a video where Miss Palmer comes out of nowhere towards the car, causing Mr. Miller to run her over without being able to stop, it is evident that Emma Palmer fled from the hospital where Mr. Miller paid for the best doctors, resulting in hospital expenses of 3 million dollars. She is given a 36-hour deadline to pay the amount, and if she fails to do so, she will face 10 years in prison without bail!" lawyer Patric stated.

"But what the hell, you're the one who almost killed me, and now I have to pay you?" Emma said, looking at all the papers that were already prepared by a judge.

"Please, let Patric continue," Carter said.

"This will be carried out in 36 hours unless Miss Emma Palmer signs a marriage contract for a period of 2 years, where she is obligated to marry, have intimacy with Mr. Miller to conceive a firstborn child. If Emma does have a baby within the two-year period, the contract will be terminated, and Mr. Miller will have custody of the child!" the lawyer said, handing her another paper.

"This can't be happening! Are you insane?... All you want is a prostitute by your side, but you won't get that with me! And let me tell you once and for all, I won't pay you anything, you crazy imbecile!" Emma said, slapping Carter and walking towards the exit of the house, which seemed longer than her entire city.
