Jungkook knew that Xia Yan has been keeping an eye on him. So he was being ware of the situation and avoiding getting close to people and friends whom Xia yan can use as a trap or weakness for him. The capital's market was always a sight to behold. Luxurious shops, huge buildings, bustling with life market, glorious decors, delicious smell of relishes, sights of flowers, some where some jewels and ringing high pitched voices of human always kept the life of the market. These days the capital was flourishing rapidly as the business in Great kwang and spread beyond the seas. New traders invaded the market with foreign items and many new shops of variety opened every now and then.
Jungkook and his friends were all quite beautiful and attractive but none of them were interested in jewels, decors, ornaments and perfumes even after being female ores. Jungkook never used any ornament or adornment nor did Hoseok. Hoseok was absolutely like a stoic sharp tongue Young Master. Although Jungkook looked gorgeous and people couldn't even imagine how insanely beautiful he would be with ornaments and makeup, he never used them. Also none of them was interested in these. Jungkook read military formation books and war techniques, Hoseok had a military background and Kibum didn't like girly things. So instead of visiting jewelery or cosmetic and stationary shops, they went to weapons, warfare and iron instruments shops.
When the carriage stopped, Ki-bum was the first to jump down, followed by Jungkook and the others. They saw a pagoda of stone, with a plaque reading "Huigwi-jaemubu" which means rare treasury.
As the group entered the building, a pretty maidservant led them in.
The first floor had precious jewelry with intricate designs and eye catchy features, and the second floor has precious weapons which could only he be handled by learnt ones.
The two, Hoseok and Jungkook arrived on the second floor while kibum stopped down. there were many high grade weapons. Some were polished to the point that they shined radiantly while some showcased many years of history, that as soon as one entered they would be blinded by the magnificence.
Though Jungkook was nearly excited , he looked around, spotting a Fire Cloud Moon Shield that looked particularly suited to Namjoon .
If Namjoon had such armour, he would be much safer on the battlefield. However, when Jungkook looked at the price marked below, he instantly had a headache.
He continued onwards, and his eye was drawn towards a blue thing that turned out to be an exquisitely made bracelet. The blue light emitted was beautiful.
When Jungkook placed it on his wrist, the bracelet made his white hands look even more delicate.
"This is the Moon Bracelet, it’s used for… Young Master! eeeekkk!", the maid squeaked. Before she could get her words out, she saw Jungkook skillfully press on the protruding flower pattern while aiming at her.

After looking around for a while more, they headed downstairs to find the others and soon planned to leave.
As soon they went down, the maid quickly looked around and stepped towards a pillar in the wall. A small hidden door opened, leading to an elegant side room. Being so close, it was easy to hear the conversations from the other room clearly. The maid quickly bowed and kneeled infront of the man standing near the window of that room.
"What did he take fancy in?", the young man asked in his grave tone while looking outside
"Young master Jeon picked out this Moon Bracelet". ( The maid presented the tray )
The young man ordered and sat before the window. Soft rain caught the capital in a haze, yet it couldn’t obstruct people’s sight. A moment later, he could clearly see JungKook's group boarded a carriage. His eyes were stuck on the smiling Jungkook among the others. The smile suited him was what the man thought. The way Jungkook smiled and talked to the other guy, the man here observed it silentlt. And then when he saw them getting into the carriage and leaving, he too slowly left.
Time passed rapidly and soon ten days had gone by . During this time, the Jeon manor was extremely tranquil, as if the past events had used up all of the bad luck, and after the crisis, everything had gradually stabilised. The only issue was that all those mishaps had cost the Jeons a fortune and now the finances were tight. Jeon lady, Xia Yan, who looked after the whole residence suggested cutting down on daily expenses. Furthermore, in order to pacify the servants, she also cut down the monthly allowance of a few Young master's and misses’ by more than half. Jeon Sui and Jeon Dong-ah naturally did not care about the monthly allowance as they often received an extra allowance from Jung-hoon on a regular basis. However, Jungkook did not have anyone to give him extra, moreover, he usually had to reward the servants and old female servants in his courtyard from his own pocket. Therefore, he had a hard life. The rain was continuous and did not stop.
JungKook's residence had been a deserted courtyard that was hastily made available, and since the roof had not been repaired for many years the rainwater seeped through. Sui was wearing a piece of solid coloured clothing, with a winter white Chinese Rose design on it and a V-neck collar. It was matched with a winding, pale blue skirt with an indistinct moon woven with fine silk and gold threads on it.
Her whole attire made her look pure, elegant and stunning. She did not put on a veil today and it was unknown what miraculous medicine she had used, but her scars were much better.
There was a thick layer of cosmetic powder on her face which fully concealed the scars. At a glance, her skin was still considered fair and clear.

So the elders of the family who hadn't seen Jungkook yet, awaited him eagerly. This had poked Jeon Sui and Xia Yan to a very deep extent. Their ego felt like getting smashed with this.

Sui and Dong-ah saw this scene and viciously gritted their teeth. Dong-ah had all the methods at his fingertips when it came to currying favour with Old Jeon Madame. He specifically looked for nice things to say and so it followed that Old Jeon Madame always accepted the same pattern of behavior from him.
Jeon Sui ordered a servant girl to present a small box made from sandalwood. The box itself looked exquisite. Her maid together with Sui, opened it and presented the item from within. It was a huge roll of double-sided embroidery of hundreds of long life sewn onto it. Without talking about the embroidery, just based on the thought and effort, it was enough to shock everyone. The embroidery was exquisite, the colours of the pattern matched to look bright and yet elegant. The words were also meticulously embroidered, not a strand was loose, and the onlookers were unable to find a fault in the needlework at first glance. Jeon Sui squeaked in happiness and then turned towards Jungkook with a evil grin.
