As I jumped out of the car, brushing my son's handmade dress for me off, and went to walk towards the door when Alex run up from behind me and picked me up in a princess carry.

I'm carrying my wife into our house for the first time. What else would I be doing?
I blushed, turning my head away.

Walking towards the doors, they opened as he walked me through the lobby of his huge manor.

I turned my head towards the voice and then saw an old woman walk towards us.

I did just that as she touched my cheeks.
