It was a surprise for me that Mol had a wolf friend; I was delighted when she agreed to come with me to the pack. Without a doubt, I will protect her with my life if necessary.

I arrived at the girls' apartment to pick them up.

Ale: Ready?

Both: Yes!

They got into the car, and it was a bit uncomfortable since we didn’t talk at all along the way. I know this will be complicated for my little Mol because this is new, but I will try to be patient and help her get accustomed.

We arrived at the mansion, and my nanny greeted us. The girls were taken to their room. I had asked my nanny to place Mol in front of mine so we could be closer.

I wanted to go see her to check on how she was doing. I knocked and knocked, but nobody responded. I became anxious and started overthinking; I opened the door and saw her coming out of the bathroom.

I stood there watching her. She looked very cute with a towel wrapped around her and her hair dripping. I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn’t notice she was talking to me.

Jose: Silly, react! If she leaves because of you, I won't talk to you again.

I snapped back to reality.

Mol: Umm, what are you doing here?

Ale: I-I’m sorry. I came to see you, and I was knocking but nobody answered. I thought too much and opened the door. I’m sorry.

Mol: It's fine, but can you please leave my room?

Ale: Oh, yes, yes, I'm sorry.

I left super quickly, but her image was etched in my mind; my little buddy was waking up. I had to take a cold shower.

Erick: Yes, Alpha, I'm on my way.

Ale: You know I don't want you to call me that; I'm your brother.

Erick: Sorry, brother.

I headed straight to the office to review some papers.

Knock...knock.

Ale: Come in.

Erick: Brother, great to see you again!

Ale: Likewise. Any news about the vampires?

Erick: No, everything is quiet.

Ale: Good. I want you to stay for dinner; I'll introduce you to my mate and her friend, who, by the way, is single.

Erick: Brother, you know I'm waiting for my mate, but I’ll gladly have dinner with you all.

Knock...knock.

Nanny: My boy, dinner is almost ready. Do you want me to tell the girls to come down?

Ale: Yes, please, Nanny.

I didn't want to go myself; I still felt embarrassed about what had happened earlier. Erick and I were looking over some pack matters when Nanny called us to say dinner was ready.

We left the office and headed to the dining room. Erick started sniffing and acting strange.

Ale: What’s wrong with you?

Erick: I don’t know, brother. I just caught a scent, but I think I'm going crazy.

We arrived where the girls were.

Ale: Good evening, ladies.

When Erick saw Helena, he was stunned and said, “Ale, I've found her!”

Ale: My dear Mol, let me introduce you to Erick, my brother and my beta.

Mol: Nice to meet you, Erick.

Erick was still in shock, so I had to nudge him.

Erick: Uh, yeah, sorry! Nice to meet you, I’m Erick.

Ale: And this is Helena, Mol's companion and friend.

Helena: Nice to meet you, Erick.
