Episode 16

Molly

It feels weird to leave this place; without a doubt, my life is about to change drastically.

Helena: Mol, are you ready?

Mol: Uh, yeah, I'm coming out now.

It's also hard for me to believe that I've been living with a supernatural being my whole life, but anyway.

I left the room with my suitcase; we grabbed our things and left the building, not without first saying goodbye and thanking him for his help. Ale was already outside waiting for us.

Ale: Ready?

Both: Yes.

Ale put the suitcases in the trunk, and we got in the car; I just watched the streets of Mexico go by. We didn't talk the whole way; I realized we had already left Mexico. We reached a town, then passed through a beautiful forest, and entered it.

Ale: We're close, my dear Mol.

I just nodded; I was very nervous.

Ale: We've arrived.

It was a huge house, undoubtedly bigger than I had ever seen; I was scared. Ale took my hand.

Ale: Don't be afraid; I'll protect you.

Mol: O-Okay.

We got out of the car and were greeted by Nana.

Nana: My children have arrived. How was the trip?

Ale: Good, Nana.

Mol: We're good, Nana. Oh, by the way, this is Helena, my sister.

Helena: Hello, ma'am, nice to meet you.

Nana: Hello, but don't call me ma'am, call me Nana.

We entered the house, and it was enormous; I felt small. It was very well decorated.

Nana: All right, I'll take you to your rooms.

Both: Thank you.

We walked down a long hallway to a staircase, went up, and down another long hallway. All I could think about was how scared I would be at night.

Nana: Helena, that one will be yours.

Helena: Thank you, Nana.

Nana: My dear Mol, yours is this way.

We arrived at what would be my room from now on.

Nana: In front is my boy Alex's.

I just nodded and felt myself blush just thinking that his room was in front of mine. My room was undoubtedly huge. It had a balcony where you could see everything, even the forest. I was unpacking.

Knock... knock...

Mol: Come in.

Helena: Woah, girl, your room is beautiful. How do you feel about all of this?

Mol: (Sigh) It's hard to take it all in, and I can't believe we're going to be in a place like this.

Helena: Girl, you know I'm always going to be here for you. Well, I'll let you get some rest.

I gave her a hug.

Mol: Thanks, friend, you too, get some rest.

Helena left my room, and I continued putting my things away. I got in the shower.

Mol: Ugh, silly me, I left my things on the bed.

I got out wrapped in a towel, and to my surprise, Ale was standing there.

Mol: Ahhh, what are you doing here? 😩😩

He didn't answer me, just kept looking at me. I turned as red as a tomato. I cleared my throat.

Mol: Mmm, I said what are you doing here?

Ale: Oh, yes, yes, I'm sorry. I was knocking on the door, and you didn't answer, so I came in because I thought you had left, but I didn't think you would be showering. I'm sorry.

Mol: Uh, it's okay, but could you please leave my room?

Ale: Oh, yeah, sorry.

Ale left the room. I felt like I could breathe again; how embarrassing.
