Hellen looked like a princess taken from one of the stories Mom used to tell us before bed when we were kids.

Her red hair was partially braided, the white dress clung to her body, the straps fell over her shoulders, and her makeup further enhanced her green eyes.

It was three days and almost three nights, I was exhausted when I saw Monteaveu.

"For how many nights?" The young woman asked me.

She said and smiled at me, which I found very strange, how the people who attacked us were so hospitable.

"This is my father, Leonard," Liana said, pointing to the gentleman sitting in the chair beside her.

"Welcome to Monteaveu."

"Thank you, now could you please tell me which is my room?"

"I'm sorry, you're in luck, you will be in room 25, it's the last one we have."

"No problem"

"I'll take you there," Liana said, already coming around the counter, so I followed her, having no other choice.

"Did you come for the festival? If so, you're late, today's the last day."

"What festival?"

"It's a tradition of ours, we almost didn't have it this year, well, it's a whole week of partying, there's a little bit of everything, game stalls, clothes, food, and much more, there are several attractions, today is the last day, you should go."

"I'll think about it, thanks!"

"I'll go at 8pm, I'll wait for you out front if you want to go... Here, we arrived at your room."

"Thank you," I said and walked in.

I settle in, the room is small but well organized, I go to the bathroom and let the ice-cold water take away all my tiredness, when I come out I look at the clock which says 7:46 pm, if I want to find out something going to this festival seems like a good thing to me.

I put on a short black jumpsuit, my shoes, comb my hair, and look at the clock which says 8 pm sharp, I look at the vial and decide not to waste it, I already used more than half trying not to leave a trace, no one here knows who I am, I look at myself one last time in the mirror and leave before I miss my only company, when I arrive Liana was still there.

"I thought you weren't coming," Liana said as soon as she saw me.

"Me too," I said, and we both smiled.

We walked a bit, the inn wasn't far away, and you could already see the movement, I looked at all that enchanted, I was surrounded by "enemies" and still managed to be enchanted.

"Come on, let's eat a pastel."

"Let's go."

We placed our orders and waited, it didn't take long even though there were a lot of people, I was grateful for the pastel and took a bite until that smell invaded my nostrils.

"Yes, the pastel is hot," I said, trying to pretend.
