#2 love at first sight

David's P.O.V.

I was exhausted from searching jobs and giving interviews.It was a long day afterall.As i was going towards my house and figuring out where to apply next,i saw a girl crying her heart out under the dim light of street light.Her hairs were long black. She had a fair skin .Even in this dark night under the dim light, her skin was glowing. Her slender hands were busy wiping off the tears on her face which were continuously rolling down..Even in her miserable state according to me she was the most beautiful woman I has ever seen in my life. It was a love at first sight for me.As I went towards her I observed that she was trying hard to supress her tears but it came running down her cheeks showing how deeply she was hurt. I din't know anything about her, it is my first time to see her in this area but still watching her cry made my heart unstable. My heart ached.So I went towards her. I called her out but she didn't give any response, finally she saw me. We made an eye contact. Her eyes were the most enchanted thing i have ever seen. I asked her about her name and where she lived so that i can drop her. But she didn't reply. She was just staring at me. Then i thought to get her a bottle of water but then what if in the mean time she went somewhere.So i came up with an idea to help her get up so that we can together go somewhere near the convenience store and get her a bottle and make her feel relax. I grabbed her had, it felt very warm as if i cannot let this hand go away from me. She didn't retreat her hand it was more like she didn't even know what was going on with her. Anyway you should be at ease as you are being helped by a gentleman, I chuckled while thinking this. Suddenly she fainted. I panicked as to what happened. I tried to wake her up but in vain. I immediately gave her a piggyback. Her whole body was on my back.She was so close to me what her chest was rubbing my back. I suddenly realised about my perverted thoughts and came back to the situation. I took her to the nearest clinic. I was so panicked that the doctor himself got scared but after he examined her carefully he said- she was overflowed with her emotions that too on empty stomach because of which her blood pressure got low. You should take care of your girlfriend. I blushed after hearing this but

i replied- no she is not my girlfriend.

Doctor- come on brat. what's there to hide from me. I can see how panicked you were when you brought here here. Anyway i leave your girlfriend to you please take care of her she is very weak.

I looked at her she made a movement. I got excited as to what should i tell her. She opened her eyes. I saw confusion in her eyes so i explained her the situation. She was silent then she said thank you for taking care of me. Her voice pierced my heart like an arrow. It was so beautiful. She asked me my name to which i replied-David Watson.Then i asked her about her name, family and her place. Her name was Grace, Grace Smith. What a beautiful name she has. It suits her. I thought. Further she that she was doing her post graduation, originally she is from New York and she didn't want to go back to where she currently lived in London. I didn't ask the reason for it and went out to buy her some medicine and food. Finally i came inside.I saw that now her mood was little lighten up.Doctor recommended her to rest for one day and give some supplement like glucose.I took care of her by cleaning her feet, helped her wash her face. She said that it was all unnecessary but i said that i am doing it because i want to. She blushed a little which i thought was cute .Later i slept on the couch and she slept on the bed. I told her if anything bothers her just wake me up. I got on the couch. I was a little reluctant but then asked her if she could live in my apartment. I know it was very straight forward but i just asked her.She didn't answer i thought she slept.The couch was small for me but still i was not bothered and instead imagined about her blushing face. i don't know when i slept.
