In the world where kids are divided into heroes and monsters upon reaching thirteen, the role of the elders is pivotal. These elders, revered and respected by all, hold a position almost equal to lords in the eyes of the heroes. They are seen as the ultimate protectors, guardians of righteousness, and beacons of wisdom. From a young age, children are taught to respect and obey the elders without any question. Their words are gospel, their judgments unquestionable. The heroes, drowning in dumbness and manipulation, believe wholeheartedly in the benevolence of these elders, unaware of the darkness that may lurk beneath their seemingly wise exteriors.

Despite the whispers of doubt that may occasionally surface, the heroes cling to their belief in the righteousness of the elders, for to question them would be to question the very fabric of their society. And so, the cycle continues, with the heroes unknowingly placing their faith in those who may not always have their best interests at heart.

But what if the cycle starts to break? And what if it is started by someone who used to have immense faith in them? What it may lead to, only time will tell.




