Like always, the good wins. The heroes kill the monsters. End of the story and they all live happily.

Is that it? No!

Monsters aren't born, they are made! We ourselves make those monsters and then after destroying them , we praise ourselves too. As if we did such a great thing.

Some monsters used to be humans that we abandoned, that we hurt.

There is a monster in everyone. It's you who gotta balance the good and bad side.

Yes , the monsters are meant to be killed at the end. But what if that monster was never made? What if it remained human? Maybe it would be alive now..

Yes monsters are bad. Are evil! But is every monster bad? What if they didn't chose to be so? What if they were forced into it?

What if..what if..what if!

It was raining, darkness filing up the place like always. When is it not dark? Even on the sunny days , even if the moon shining bright, even with the sky so clear , there's always the darkness surrounding that place. The people in there were dark , their fate was dark. A man stood at his balcony, staring down at the raindrops falling on the floor. He was dressed in all black, black gloves covering his hand. His face void of any expression , his eyes held no warmth. He didn't have any reason to be warm.

"Jungkook!"

(He looked up , turning his face towards the voice that called him. He saw another man standing there , same as him, emotionless but his eyes held a little sadness. Jungkook frowned at that) What happened, hyung?

Kim Namjoon

We found a dead body in the forest.

Kim Namjoon

Yes. Everyone is there..

Hm (he nods , stepping away from the railing.) Let's go.. (he says to Namjoon who nods as they both leave)

Reaching at the end of that dark place right near the forest, a crowd was gathered there. Pushing past that crowd , Jungkook saw the body of a girl lying there lifeless. She was covered in bruises , blood gushing out of her chest , near the heart..

It's Ae-cha.

Who found the body?

Min Yoongi

It was Jin who saw her first. We were near the forest area , for a walk when it started raining. We stood under a tree and at a distance Jin spotted a bruised hand.

Min Yoongi

When we walked further towards it , she was there.. lying dead.

Min Yoongi

He carried her here. (he looks at Jin who stood there still staring at the dead body)

He was covered in blood due to carrying the dead body. His expression was melancholic, even if he was used to this..the sadness would never go away.

Park Jimin

Jungkookie, she was fourteen. (his soft voice resonated there, everyone silent now, only the sound of the raindrops falling on the ground and breeze that was blowing there)

Jeon Jungkook

She was.

Kim Namjoon

Everyone! (he now turned towards the crowd) Prepare for her funeral and then we will collect her soul.

Kim Namjoon

(he then walks towards the body , crouches down and picks the girl up in his arms like a baby. She was a baby, only fourteen, so he embraced her tightly not caring about the blood , caressing her hair , giving warmth to her cold body even when he himself had no warmth. He then walked forward and the crowd followed him to prepare for the funeral)

Min Yoongi

Jin hyung? (he walks towards Jin who now stared the ground when he dead body previously was. Now only blood remained which was slowly getting washed by the raindrops.)

Kim Seokjin

They did it! (he now looks up at everyone, his eyes fierce, he gritted his teeth in anger) It was them!

Jeon Jungkook

Why did she go there? We strictly made it clear to her.

Park Jimin

She..she kept saying she missed her brother.

Park Jimin

I tried to make her understand that we don't belong. They will never accept her but she denied saying her brother loves her a lot. He would be feeling lonely.

Park Jimin

It's been a year and she really wanted to see him , even if it's just a glimpse. She was crying. I didn't know she would go there without information any of us.

Kim Seokjin

We clearly are aware of what happens if we go there , believing they would accept us. (glances at Jungkook)

Hyung , are you in the mood to have a talk with some?

Kim Seokjin

Definitely. I really want to have a talk. Doesn't matter if we shed a little blood of one or two there.

Min Yoongi

Don't be so reckless! We first have to attend the funeral. Let's talk after that.

Yes , Joon hyung must be waiting for us.

They agreed and then walked ahead , reaching where everyone was gathered. Ready for the funeral of Ae-cha.

(sighs)

Now everyone paying attention to the funeral , the body of the girl was covered by a black cloth , her face was washed so the blood prints weren't there. The elder of them , who was a man in his 70s stepped forward.

Standing right beside the girl , he stretches out his right hand and then looks up , closing his eyes. Others also closed their eyes waiting for the elder to say something.

Our master , our saviour, our father who's watching us from the above.

Today we are sending you another child of yours. Allow us to take her soul to you. Allow us to act as the messenger of yours.

(he chants a few words and then fire erupts from his stretched hand and he opens his eyes. Others also do so , now everyone there holding fire in their palms. Despite the rain , their fire wasn't affected)

(He crouches down so the fire in his hand touches the body and in the next second, Ae-cha's body is burning in flames)

A minute after , the body vanishes in the flames. Now there's a red and dark energy floating where the body was. That's how the funeral of monsters were.

There wasn't any ash left behind after the body was burned. That body vanished and all that left behind was this energy which was considered the dark , evil energy. The reason no ash being left behind was because, something believed by the "good people" , monsters didn't deserve it. They didn't deserve to have ashes left behind and for those ashes to be served to the lord so they can be in peace. Monsters didn't deserve peace and that's why they had this dark energy that was trapped forever giving them pain and agony.

This was only believed by those heroes, not by the monsters. They believed rather than some ash , the soul is directly send to their father and the soul would be in his care.

(Looking at the floating energy, he brings out a red crystal ball from his pocket and holds it right above that energy)

The energy,as if by magnet , enters the crystal.

Now the energy settles there , resting in that crystal.

Here. Take this crystal and place it where it belongs.

Kim Seokjin

Give it to others , Elder. I have some work to do.

Kim Namjoon

(frowns) What work? You're the eldest among us. You're the one who always completes the funeral.

Kim Seokjin

But there's something I must attend! (clenches his fist)

Jin , you're thinking of going there right? Don't, son.

Kim Seokjin

Why not? They can't just get away from this. This was a rash decision!

Okay , elder.

Namjoon, Jungkook, Seokjin , Yoongi and Jimin were the group who took the soul and placed it where it belonged. They had been chosen for this and Jin being the elder of them , lead them ahead.

So now they stood at the centre, the core of their forest where the souls were stored.

Entering inside , they come across the dark red interior similar to their engery.

Walking ahead and then turning right , they stand right outside the door inside which souls are kept. Jin moves forward, standing at the middle of the door where a circle is made.

Kim Seokjin

Dear Satan.

Kim Seokjin

Here is the soul of your child. Please take care of her.

The circle opens and then engulfs the crystal, closing again.

Kim Seokjin

(turns around) Let's go.

Kim Namjoon

Are you really going there , hyung?

Kim Seokjin

Yes , I am. They are getting extreme and someone has to do the talk!

Kim Namjoon

Fine but I don't trust you to be calm. Specially if Jungkook is going too.

Jeon Jungkook

Min Yoongi

A world where at the age of thirteen, everyone is divided in two groups: One being a hero and other being a monster, a devil!

This has been happening since years and years, everywhere. All these people mentioned above have been declared as the devils and were banished from the place they grew up in. Everyone here is from a different place. All the devils were sent at just one place , inside the dark and gloomy forest. While the heroes resided in many places.

As the good and evil were differentiated , they got their power too. With the good heroes getting the power of the water element. Being able to manipulate water.

While the bad monsters were given the power of the fire element. It cannot be put out by normal rain.
