(sighs and nods) Hm, let's see.
They sit there for another half an hour before Namjoon speaks up.

It's late , we should sleep now.

I am going. (he stood up from his place)

Wait Kook. You shouldn't be alone right now.

(he raises his eyebrows at Jin on that who just chuckles)

(sighs) Why are you guys so persistent? (walks towards Yoongi and wraps his arms around Yoon's shoulder and jumps on his back.)

(he carries him securely, his hand tightly locked under Kook's thighs) Good night everyone.
Park Jimin
Call us if you need anything okay, Kookie.
Jeon Jungkook
Okay hyung. (he nods as Yoongi starts walking away)

Do you think I should go too?
Kim Namjoon
Not right now atleast.
Min Yoongi
(As he was walking towards his house , he side glances at Jungkook who had his chin rested on Yoon's shoulder)

Whom did you see in the forest, baby?

Someone I used to know. It's not important now.
Min Yoongi
Were they from the other side?
Jeon Jungkook
(gulps as he nuzzles his face in Yoongi's neck) Mhm. He wished me and...I could hear them.
Min Yoongi
It's okay , hyung's got you tonight.
Yoongi enters inside his house and walks towards his bedroom. When he reaches near the edge of the bed , he puts Kook down who takes off his shoes and lies down on the bed.
Min Yoongi
(he takes off his own shoes and then picks up both the pairs , placing it outside the room and then he walks back in. He climbs up on the bed and now hovers over Jungkook) Comfortable?
Min Yoongi
(He caresses Kook's cheek with his thumb and leans forward. He watches Jungkook close his eyes and then he presses his forehead against Kook's)
Min Yoongi
(He also closes his eyes and could feel Jungkook clutching on his shirt with force)
Min Yoongi
It's okay. (he whispers)

Kookie are you excited!!!??
Jungkook [13]
Yes I am hyungie! m'gonna be a hero today, just like you!
It was Jungkook's thirteenth birthday today , a very special day because he would be chosen for a role today and mostly everyone who knew Jungkook believed he would be a hero, because he was just like that. Helping, caring, bright and a strong-willed boy who had a lot of dreams..good dreams for his future.
So everyone who turned thirteen that day which also included the kids of the monsters, were walking towards the elders' place where they would be chosen.

This was where the elders resided. It was three of them , chosen by the previous elders. They had both the elements i.e. fire and water. The elders didn't have any partner because it was the rule. They have to remain single and look after the others without any distraction.
When everyone reached there , the elders were outside waiting for them.

Welcome everyone (he greets with a smile)

Happy birthday to all the kids here. I know you are excited because it's a big day!

Get in the line , kids.
Two of the elders stood at a far distant from each other to prevent any chaos and the kids formed a line. Some kids stood Infront of one elder while the remaining ones Infront of the other elder. The third elder was examining all of them and in case an emergency happens, he would deal with it.
Jungkook was standing Infront of the second elder , he was at the third position in the line. He saw his parents and his hyungie standing at a corner and smiling at him. He also smiled back. The two kids Infront of him were chosen as heroes and he was so excited because it was his turn now.

Elder!😁 (he bows)
Ki-woo
(he puts his hand on Jungkook's head and closes his eyes) Close your eyes too.
Jungkook [13]
(he does with a smile)
They stand like this for a minute before the elder opens his eyes.

(he brings his right hand forward, his fingers curled around into a fist. Now when he opens it, whichever element comes out will be Jungkook's destiny)

(he stares at the elder's hand with expectant eyes , and when he opens his fist..the element could be seen)

(he heard gasps and turned towards his parents)
The parents immediately rushed forward on seeing the fire element, fear on their faces.
"El-Elder?? This..this must be a mistake!" Jungkook's mom cried out as his dad stood there in shock.
Jungkook [13]
Mom? Dad? (he now felt scared and confused)
Ki-woo
A monster. (his words cleared all the confusions of Jungkook and now , he was terrified)
Jungkook [13]
Monster?? I am not a monster elder! I am not!!
Jungkook [13]
Mumma!! Dad , Kookie is not a monster!🥺

It's time to take him away to the other side.

Taetae hyungie!! I am not a monster!! (he cries out when he sees his mother falling down on the floor while crying hard and his father supporting him , they didn't even look at him once)

MOM! DAD!!! BELIEVE ME 😭😭 (he yelled for his parents to look at him but when they did , they eyes held nothing but hatred)

Take him away before he does something! (he ordered and two people from the monster's side stepped up and held Jungkook)
"Come with us , kid" One of them said with a sad tone because he had gone through it and later had accepted it.

(he looked at Jungkook with his own tears falling down, he was about to step ahead but someone held him)
"He will hurt you. Don't go near him"

MUMMMAAA!!!!😭😭 (he screamed in desperation as he was dragged away by the monsters, he tried to fight them off but he couldn't do anything) PLEASE DON'T TAKE ME AWAY!!😭😭
That was a terrible day for him , worst thing ever but he didn't know that this was nothing. The real nightmare which is gonna haunt him was about to happen. Something he never imagined, never thought of. It was terrifying.
The voice pulled him out of his thoughts, out of his memories as he gasped and opened his eyes which were now moist , tears rolling down and he also saw Yoongi who's eyes were closed and he was also crying, because of Jungkook, their foreheads still pressed against each other.
Min Yoongi
(opens his eyes and turns his head towards Jin who stood at the door)
Kim Seokjin
Don't make him think too much! (he says now stepping forward towards them and standing near the bed)
Jeon Jungkook
Hyung.. (he whispers with his shaky breath)
Min Yoongi
It's okay , baby. You're with us right , not with them. Shushh. (he wipes the tears of Kook and places a kiss on his forehead)
Min Yoongi
(after doing that , he sits up straight on the bed)
Kim Seokjin
Can you sleep better now?
Kim Seokjin
Good. Can I sleep here too? It's cold.
Jeon Jungkook
I will get up-
Kim Seokjin
No , you here too. I specially wanna cuddle you rather than Yoonie.
Kim Seokjin
Aish , look at you. (he stretches his hand forward and wipes off Yoongi's tears) Crybabies.

I know , I know okay. It was because of Kookie.

Now let's cuddle mhm.

Kookie in the middle of course! He needs more warmth.

(exhales and closes his eyes)

(a small peck is placed on his lips by Jin which relaxes him as he lies down beside Kookie)

(he too lies down and places his hand over Kook's stomach and Yoongi does the same , now them [Yoongi and Jin] holding each other's hand as they lace their fingers together and then the three of them fall asleep in a while)

This story was written with my fcked up mind so the plot is also fcked up. The characters, the mindset , the theme , all of it messy. Even the relationships here might seem like that , a bit fcked up. Please be patient with the story.

Up until now there is nothing f*cked up except for the mindset of the people which is a part of the story. It's going great and I hope it goes the same in the future (not the miserable fate and all).
