After Ray texts me good night, I put my phone away.

I walk over to Feriha, grabbing a blanket from the end of my bed Spreading the blanket over her, I then stand closer to her head.

She hasn't moved since lying on my bed, but her chest rises and falls which is good.

I move closer to her.

I notice something out of the ordinary!

Removing the disheveled hair from her ears...

What I see is...

I'm astounded!

(What on Earth IS she?!)

Not only does Feriha have vampire fangs but she also has ears of a werewolf!

Seeing this I move back

Wonder and fear racing through my body.

(Don't make any sudden movements ,Esin, in case it wakes her up!)

But before I can move too far away from her...

Her eyes pop wide open!

She regards me with cold suspicion.
