I'm at the front walk of my house when a scratching noise from my right startles me.
Heart pounding, I look at the wide tree near the curb...
...And then two little boys pop out from behind the trunk, their sharp fangs out!
I put a hand to my chest and shake my head.

And the two little vamps scamper down the street.
They live in the house to the right of mine. They're cute but mischievous.
I turn on the walkway to my house only to be met by another suprise.
This one is much more alarming!
