Episode 4

"She didn't even know me yet father, I don't know what will happen."

That's the only thing that I've heard, others are muffled. I know I'm now conscious but my body feels really tired that I find darkness comfortable.

I decided to move my hand but it only resulted into a light twitch.

Sensing something that is warmth enfolding my hands, I began to fight hard until I opened my eyes only to be blinded by the bright light.

Groaning, I close my eyes again. And open it again wider, blinking till I get used to the bright light.

Now that I get used on the light. I realized there is a Lycanthrope standing in front of me.

'And that particular Lycan is holding our hand!'

My wolf gushed.

' Shut up you horny wolf! '

I scolded her inside my mind.

'Well technically, I'm you, and you're me, so are you initiating that you're horny?'

And with that, I blocked her out.

Everybody knows them, the Lycans. In our school, Lycanthropes are well respected, nobody dare to argue with one because we all know the consequences.

"S-sir,-" I hurriedly tried to sit making me wince in pain. I lightly bow my head in respect then I continued

"-may I ask why am I here?"

"What's your name?" I was about to interrupt him rudely when he ignored my question, but realised that its not an option now. I'm talking with a Lycan.

'A freaking hot Lycan!'

There she is again.

"I-im Lina sir, daughter of the past Beta, I'm from, uh..Silver Moon pack" I replied quite stuttering but then stiffened when I realized what I said. I basically told him that I'm a crazy murderer!

'A simple Lina is fine you idiot! Now he would think we are weird!'

' Since when do you care about what men thinks of us?'

That shut her down. Its weird that my wolf isn't howling to be with her mate right now.

Now that I reminisce what happened, I began to slouch my shoulders completely losing hope to get away on this hell hole. Completely losing hope to have a happy life.

A loud snap brought me back from my thoughts.

"Well, Lina your name is beautiful it suits you, I'm Elize and this is my father, the one at the council, Gabriel"

I tried to hide the shock that is evident in my saucer wide eyes, to a seemingly not interested facial expression.

Although I'm sure I look like a constipated kangaroo doing that.

"Nice to.. Um.. Meet you?" I said fidgeting.

"Can I ask why am I here now, in-"

Exploring the room with my eyes I immediately found out that this is a mans room. Complete with guitar, some balls and quite messy. But what caught my eye is the picture frame beside me consists of an eight years old or so Elize and a younger looking Gabriel with woman that has the same face concept as Eli but more feminine. W-wait? Is this a family pic--

'Bingo! You got it Lina!'

I swear my wolf is rolling her eyes at my stupidity.. Wait wait, if this is a family picture, then who's...

"Holy fudgeskins! Is this your room?"

He stared at me with eyes full of amusement. We'll great! He found my uncomfortable situation funny! At least one of us did.

"Why yes this is my room. Isn't pretty?"

"I,- well yes it is so pretty, but why am I --"

"I saved you" he said sitting by the edge of the bed making the bed shook a little.

"Well technically the doctor saved you, but I carried you when you passed out on the hallway"

He carried me! Oh my god! I'm like, so heavy! The fats are...

'Well damn! Look at those muscles he can easily lift us up with that'

Oh Goddess why did you gave me a horny wolf as my wolf!

"Oh um, thank you, really, can I um.. You know leave now?"

I awkwardly pointing at the door.

"Huh? No!" He quickly said.

"What?"

"I-i mean, not yet. Let my doctor check you up if you're completely fine."

Calling his doctor by which I'm assuming is a mind link. He faced me again.

"Rejected?"

I stiffened at that. How could he possibly know? Did Jasen already gossipped it around the school? How long have I been out anyway!!

"I- how?"

"I heard your scream. And the fact that there are no injury around your body for you to scream at. So I put two and two together. Also my doctor say that it might be a possibility. That you're rejected by an alpha."

Hearing all of that. I became both relieved and shaky. Relieved because the news aren't gossipped. And shaky because now he knew. A lycan knew.

"I'm sorry, how long have I been passed out?"

He swiftly look at his wrist.

"Its 5 pm now so I think around 7 hours? Yeah 7"

Oh my goddess! I need to cook dinner and our pack house is like an hour run from school! I don't even know where I am!

"Can you uh.. Take me home?" Realizing how stupid I sounded. A Lycan taking me home? Yeah when burgers fly!

"Yeah sure!"

Lifting my head on what seems like faster than speed of light. I look at him weirdly. Did he seriously agreed on the packs crazy girl?!

Still looking at him weirdly I felt a light tap on my head. Like a soft object just hit it. Finding the object I stared at it with my eyes wide.

A burger!? Seriously! When I said when burgers fly I didn't mean it literally!!

"Hey Eli!"

Turning around I swiftly forgot the burger in my hands causing it to drop.
