Episode 4: Their Other Half

AXEL'S POV

I woke up because of the rays of sunshine coming through between the spaces of the curtains.

I groaned because of to much sunlight. I just decided to get off the bed and go to the bathroom to have a nice warm shower.

I stepped in and I turned on the shower. I make sure that the water is warm enough so I could have a good shower

I can feel the warmth of the water and it makes my muscles and joints feel relaxed. I always enjoy a nice warm shower.

After having a relaxing shower, I grabbed my towel and wrapped it around me. I quickly got dressed by putting on a plain black T-shirt and some faded jeans.

I went out of my bedroom and I head straight to the kitchen, only to see one of the pack members eating breakfast made by the omegas( low-ranked pack members ).

I sat in one of the chairs and a set of breakfast appeared in front of me on the table, it was brought by the omegas.

I dig in to the food and we started to discuss some important pack issues. It is about some rouges( lone wolves or werewolves who doesn't have a pack and has desire to conquer a certain pack because of their interest or greed ) who often attack our pack but luckily we Dark Blood Moon Pack is the most powerful and the most feared pack in the continent of North America.

However their are also some vampires who often attack the pack with the rouges but we still won the fight. Even though we won several times, it is getting harder for us since the number of attacks is getting higher and I need to protect my pack because my responsibility is to take care of this pack as an alpha.

Since the number of attacks is getting higher, I need to negotiate to a vampire who made weapons for us that we will use against the vampires and rouges. He's name is Devon Carter.

He is the one who show up all of a sudden a few months ago and offer a helping hand to us and we started negotiating and we promise each other that their has to be no betrayals are allowed in this negotiation. He just agreed. I hope he is a friend not a foe.

Anyway, after finishing our breakfast we headed to the battle grounds so we could further train the pack members so they could be ready for any battle that may happen between us and the rouges plus the vampires as well.

~After the training~

After the training, me and the boys plan to head at the waterfalls in the forest to freshen up a bit. We shifted to our wolf form but before that I asked my wolf spirit, Hunter.

AXEL-( You ready Hunter? ) I asked him in my mind.

HUNTER- ( Yes of course! ) he answered back at me in my mind

When I heard his voice, I started shifting with the other male pack members. After shifting we head straight to the waterfall in the forest.

We ran through the forest and between the tall shady trees. I can feel the soft mud under my paws and I can feel the gust of wind brushing through my black fur while running through the forest.

After a few moments of running, we have arrived at the waterfall. I can see the mesmerizing sight of the waterfall because of its clear gushing water and the green plants and trees surround it.

We shifted back to our human form and we went to the top part of the waterfall where the gushing water came from. We jumped in together and I can feel the cool water embracing my skin when I landed at the water, it made me feel relax.

After several hours of diving, and swimming we decided to go back and head to a nearby restaurant in the village.

We went to some of the trees and bushes and we found there are spare clothes for us to wear. We usually put clothes in trees and bushes around the forest for emergencies.

Anyway, we put on our clothes and we head back to the village to where we plan to eat.

We left the forest area and we are already stepping on a pathway that leads to the village. We head to a nearby pizza restaurant and when the moment I stepped in I smelled the same aroma that I smelled before. I follow the scent to where it came from and it leads me to a woman who has silver hair and emerald green eyes. I can sense that she is a human.

Hunter started to howl like crazy in my mind and he started to say these words;

HUNTER- ( Mate! Mate! She is our mate! ) he shouted.

What?! My mate? Finally! My other half......

Our eyes met and I can see there is no single expression written in her face. She seems to be emotionless. I was suppose to come closer to her but she just stood up and went pass me. She went out of the restaurant in a hustle.

I can't believe she just ran away?

When she ran away, I ordered my people to find her.

AXEL- Catch that silver-haired woman! Find her at all cost!

CARSON- Woah! What happen dude?

AXEL- She is my mate! Quickly! find her!

CARSON- What?! Really?? Ok got it.

My mate I won't ever let you go now that I found you...
