Episode 3: Fateful Encounter

SAPPHIRE'S POV

After going around the whole castle, I decided to visit the only room I haven't visited yet. My parent's bedroom.

When I saw the door that leads to my parent's room. I walked to the door slowly and twisted the door knob that causes the door to creak open. I stepped into the room and saw the whole room was messy and filthy.

I closed my eyes and waved my hand, waiting for everything to change. I opened my eyes and saw everything is finally neat and clean. You are wondering why and how did I do that? It's easy this is one of my "gifts" that I copied from the vampires I met from different countries of the world. This kind of gift of mine is called "Fix" and the gift that has capabilities to get other gifts is called "Copy". Using "Copy" is just simple for me, all you have to do is to see a certain vampire doing or using their "gifts" in front of you and you will be able to copy and use it.

Anywho, as I walked into the familiar room, I saw all of the belongings of my parents. All of these things brings me back so much wonderful memories that I had with my parents. My dad is the known alpha king or king of all the alphas, his name is Arthur James Wolfen and my mom is the known vampire queen, the queen of the vampire realm, named Amethyst Jane Castillejo.

They are both destined together or in other words they have been chosen to be mates by the moon goddess. My parents love each other so dearly, it is such a pity that I can't spend more time with them cause they are already gone, they are dead.

Tears have escaped from my eyes and that is when I realized that I started to cry. I decided to let out all of my tears and I also decided to lay down on the bed of my parents. I didn't even know for how long I cried but I just realized that I had worn out by crying and I drifted myself to sleep and let the darkness devour me once again.

The next day~

I woke up and I realized that is already morning. Wow! I have slept for hours!

DEVON- Sasa! Rise and shine! It is time for breakfast.

I heard my best friend's voice and I decided to come downstairs. I saw my best friend sitting on one of the counter chairs near the kitchen counter. I sat on one of the chairs and saw the table is full of delicious and scrumptious food.

I saw eggs, bacons,french toasts,coffee, sausages, breakfast sandwiches and some juice. Hmmmm smell so good.

I drank my coffee while Devon drank his juice. I took a bite on my sandwich and I started to eat the rest of my food that is prepared for me.

While eating our breakfast, Devon decided to break the silence between the two of us.

DEVON- After breakfast, do you want to go out and walk around the village with me?

I think for a while and Devon is just staring at me, waiting for my answer. I sighed and decided to give in since he is so eager to take a walk with me.

SAPPHIRE- Sure Von, I would love to!

I smiled at him and he smiled back. After finishing our breakfast, we decided to walk around the little park in the village.

Time went by so fast and we didn't even realized that it is already noon. We went to a nearby restaurant even though I am not that hungry.

But when we were near to the restaurant, there was a call from Devon and he need to answer it. I heard some of the words from the conversation and then I realized that it is about our business back at Italy.

After the call ended, he told me that he had to attend some important business. So I just agreed and I told him that I will go ahead myself.

We went to our separate ways and we bid our goodbyes. I went into a pizza restaurant and I smelled the air and realized that most of the people here are werewolves, well except for the workers of course.

I went inside and I decided to pick a table for me to sit. A friendly waitress came near me, and she gave me a warm smile but I just slightly nodded at her but she didn't mind.

WAITRESS: Hi miss~ can I take your order?

SAPPHIRE- Oh, I'll just have some water please

I said with a cold tone and nothing else. The waitress just nodded and left.I just stayed quite, patiently waiting for my order.

While waiting, I felt my phone is vibrating so I took my phone and I received some messages from my friends from different countries that I met when I was traveling. I texted them and after that I put my phone back inside my pocket.

When I received my water, I heard the door open and I smelled an intoxicating scent that made my spirit wolf named Axilla go crazy!

AXILLA:"(Mate! Mate! Mate!)"

She shouted in my mind

I looked into the direction to where the scent came from and I saw a man looking right in front of me like he is staring deep in the depths of my soul.

A mate?

Oh shit!
