The students are playing around and the classroom becomes noisy.

Miss Nancy enters the classroom.

Students

Good morning Miss.

Miss Nancy

Good morning, students. Take your seats. Did you all learn your homework?

Students

Yes Miss.

Miss Nancy

The teachers are going to have a meeting, so if you all learned your homework then you can go home.

Dominic stood up from his seat.

Dominic

Miss, what if we didn't learn it?

Miss Nancy

What do you mean Dominic? Did you not study your lessons again?

Dominic

Miss, I studied. But I didn't learn it fully on time.

Miss Nancy

That means you'll have to stay behind again. The rest of you who have learnt, come one by one to recite and you can go home afterwards.

Even after the rest of the students went home, Dominic stayed back and studied alone.

He cried yet again, and after he finally learned, he recited in front of Miss Nancy.

Only then he could finally leave.
