Episode 12

While Amelia was ecstatic to discover her true feelings towards Luther, Luther didn't feel so excited discovering his feelings towards Amelia.

In his room,

Luther POV:

... When did I start having feelings for Amelia? I can't love her... Else, it will end in the same way it ended for "her". I guess, it's finally time that I go back where I truly belong, leaving her behind.

Just a few more days and I will disappear from her life like I didn't exist...

End of his POV

The following days;

Both Amelia and Luther avoided each other for a few whole days after that night. One feeling shy and embarrassed while another having a nostalgic feeling.

After avoiding each other for a few days, both were feeling frustrated after all they were living in the same house, but they didn't call or talk to each other at all.

Amelia used to avoid Luther, but one day, she decided to be the one to break this awkward silence and avoidings between them. She couldn't hold it in anymore and more importantly, she didn't like the fact that Luther was avoiding her.

               Luther was in the kitchen drinking water and Amelia came in. She tried to strike a conversation, but as soon as she opened her mouth, Luther went out the kitchen.

Now... Amelia was quite sure that Luther was avoiding her not for the same reason as her i.e. feeling embarrassed and all, but because of something else. She didn't chase after him or call out to him, she just stood there watching Luther's back as he went away leaving her behind.....in the kitchen.

What Amelia hates the most is the feeling of loneliness. Now, she was quite insecure seeing Luther avoiding her. She didn't want Luther to go out of her life. He was the only one who could fill her lonely heart with a magical feeling called "love". She was afraid of losing Luther.

So, Amelia sprinted towards Luther before he could reach his room and grab his hand.

Luther turned around to see Amelia with her teary eyes, looking at him as if asking him to not let go of her. He was shocked at first but he quickly hugged her and Amelia broke down in tears,"now...now... What happened?*patting her back*"

"Why are you... avoiding me?!", still hugging Luther tightly, burying her face in his chest.

"What... Weren't you also avoiding me?", Luther asked trying to act as nonchalantly as he could.

"I was just.... embarrassed but, you... you were....", Amelia couldn't find the words she was searching for to say to Luther.

"I am... sorry for making you feel like this.", Luther said in his low voice, hugging Amelia even more tightly as if comforting her.

Hearing him, Amelia couldn't control her tears and just continued crying, while Luther remain quiet.

Both of them stood there without speaking anything, without breaking the silence, lost at the moment.

After Amelia had calmed down, they both sat down on the couch. Amelia was more embarrassed than she was before. It was rare for her to cry in front of others except her parents, so all the pent-up emotions she felt for the past years just came out without a break when she let it all out.

Amelia finnally spoke...
